“Most wonderful local vacation rental I've stayed in.” When I first entered the house my feelings were like "Wow, this is so nice.". When Bev started telling us about everything we needed to know about the house and it's contents, I just knew we were in the right place. She has everything you need. All you need is your body and groceries to have a wonderful time. Bev leaves you to enjoy your stay. Oh, the drive up was so nice because one of the things I like most is looking at houses.

“Incredible condo with spectacular views” We stayed for 3 months in this wonderfully appointed and comfortable condo. Janna, the landlord, is fantastic and very responsive and helpful although we did not have any issues to resolve. The location is perfect to be within walking to the beach, Ala Moana oceanfront park, and Waikiki restaurants and shopping plus ala Moana Center with over 190 shops and restaurants. We definitely will return and recommend to our family and friends.

“Everything Fantastic!” Accessibility is the word! Right across from a surfing beach, 2 blocks pleasant walk to a great swimming beach, pool and always-ready hot tub on the premises, an easy walk to many shops and eats. “Great Place” We loved this place and would love to stay again. We stayed for two weeks! The location was great. Not too touristy. Great location right on the beach. Plus they had all of the beach accessories that we needed including beach chairs, towels, snorkels, and boogie boards and a surf board. The house was incredibly clean and up to date, just wish there was a second full bath. Awesome kitchen as well. Cant wait to get back. Thanks Ryan!

“just what we were looking for” Our (family of 3) stay at this condo was great. It had everything we needed and fit our budget. It was very clean, comfortable and close to beaches, shopping and surfboard rentals. The bus is also close and affordable. The neighbours and manager were friendly to us and the owners were easy to reach when we had a question. We'll be back to maui in 2014 and would rent this condo if it's available.

“Great location!” Our stay was very comfortable. The location is great, with many amenities close by. We enjoyed the fireworks at the Hilton on the Friday night while having a drink at the Ilikai's bar. We walked everywhere and found the location was great, away from the hustle and bustle of the main waikiki strip, but close enough to walk there. Would definitely stay here again and will highly recommend to friends and family.

“Perfect Location for a Perfect Kahului Vacation” My husband and I loved this large beautiful roomy condo at the Whalers in Maui. The wonderful fact that it is on the ground floor (no elevators wait time) and entrances from both the front door and direct lanai access to beach was such an added plus. We were literally 30 steps from the ocean yet it is quiet and feels very private. The well-stocked kitchen provided everything (except for the food and wine) for our sunset cocktails and steak dinners on the waterfront. Passers-by were envious of our perfect unobstructed ocean view. This is an ideal spot for a romantic get-away, close to everything we love about Maui.

“The Perfect Condo!” For the past two years we've had extended stays in this condo and another in the same complex that is also owned by Sylvia. She does a wonderful job decorating and stocking her units, and is quick to help if there are any problems once you are there, although we’ve had almost none. The brightly colored walls, the furniture, and all the paintings and artwork provide a warm, “island” atmosphere. The kitchen has plenty of bright Fiesta Ware table settings, pots and pans, and all you need to serve both yourselves and guests. This is an excellent floor plan for guests. The guest room has plenty of space, storage, and an ensuite bathroom. We had other couples with us for almost 4 weeks and never felt crowded or uncomfortable. The floor plan is much nicer than most that you will find in Hawaii. First, the lanai is huge and it wraps around two sides of the condo, with plenty of space to both eat and lounge outside. The kitchen is larger than most condos and can easily accommodate 2 or even 3 people working there. The living area is large, square, and two whole sides are a series of sliding glass doors going out to the lanai, so the views are expansive and there is lots of light. Since the condo is on the second floor, we live with the sliders open almost 24/7. Also unusual, is that the construction of this complex is concrete, so you don’t hear your neighbors. We are so pleased to have “discovered” Vista Waikoloa and Sylvia’s condos and recommend them whole heartedly. Vista Waikoloa is an immaculately maintained property – beautiful, mature trees and flowers, a great pool and spa area, a well-stocked workout room, and nice barbeques where the men seem to gather every night. The location is ideal – easy walking distance to both the Kings’ Shops and the Queens’ Marketplace, with the Hilton and Marriott right across the street and a very short walk to the beach at “A” Bay.

“Great place to stay.” We were very pleased with the location. Enjoyed watching the surfers daily & all our side trips were excellent including seeing lava. The place was very clean with good beds. Lots of extras & really liked the filtered cold water. We had one day with hugh waves so made watching the surfers & body boarders very exciting.

“Outstanding Home, Would Stay Here again” This rental is better than described. The pictures don't do it justice. Our stay was comfortable and fantastic!!! The view was gorgeous! “Best Vacation Ever” This was an amazing vacation from the very start. Even before we left I was able to speak with Ning about the home and the area. She had some great suggestions about different activities and restaurants. The home was fantastic. It was way more room than we needed with 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen and spacious living room. The highlight of the home for us was the wrap-around lanai. I was nice to just sit outside and relax in the bright sun and refreshing trade winds. The amenities in the home were also outstanding. “Kauhale apartment was just what we were looking for & more!” Kauhale apartment was perfect for our family while visiting Oahu. Our son was returning to Hawaii from deployment and we wanted a place where we could visit, relax, and do some home cooking. Kauhale was just what we were looking for and more! Patty & Bob had all the amenities we needed for a perfect beach vacation, including all the right kitchen tools for a family meal. The apartment is located in a great town with everything you need close by. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Hawaii.

“Our Maui stay” The condo had all the comforts of home. The location was great, close to some stores and shopping. It was also close to where our son's wedding was and to everything we wanted to see and do. People at the condo guests and neighbors were all very friendly. “Great Stay” My family and I stayed in January and was really impressed with the quality and convenience of the condo. It included everything that we needed, and we even have a 2 yr old toddler who was provided with the basics, such as a high chair. Very nice home appliances and tasteful decor. We are interested in coming back if we are in Maui again. Jamie was also very helpful and made the stay easier since he was really organized and just on top of everything. Small touches such as a welcoming basket was also appreciated.
