“Perfect location” We loved staying in this part of Maui. The Kam I, II and III beaches are great, and we went snorkeling almost every day right outside the condo. We found some great places to eat nearby and the sunsets were outstanding. The condo was very comfortable and we loved going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves. The furnishings will be a bit spartan for some, but we liked how uncluttered and open it was. The kitchen was cozy but quite functional, and we loved the fridge. You'll find just about everything you need in that kitchen. The two things we didn't like about the condo (and the reason for the 2 stars for cleanliness) were how dirty the windows/screens/shutters were and the really bad mold in the washing machine. After a rain storm one night we saw how difficult it can be to keep the outside of the windows clean, but for the insides of the windows, the screens and the shutters there's really no excuse. One more thing we loved about this condo is the large lanai. You don't get that with the smaller units, and we used the dining table and comfy chairs out there every single day. We would definitely rent this condo again and wish we were back there right now.

“Would be perfect, except for the grouchy neighbours” This is absolutely the best spot - great location - close to shops, close to great beaches, close to the pool, kids can run around on the grass out front...oh, wait, they can, but only if they are very quiet. The crazy rules of this place say you can't play any kind of games on the grass including bocce. And no floaties allowed in the pool! The only hiccup on our vacation was the numerous grumpy older people constantly reminding us of the "rules". The sound of kids laughing is definitely frowned upon by those who live there full-time. Having said that, I would go again, but with a firmer attitude that we will respect the pool hours for noise, but will allow our kids to have fun too.

“307 Kihei Beach Resort” What a fantastic view, with miles of beach to walk everyday! The service was fantastic, with a prompt, private greeter at the resort. The website photos are a perfect shot of the accommodations.The kitchen in the condo was moderately well stocked; however,it was outdated in every way from appliances to dishes. The only truly regrettable part of the unit, though, was the bedroom carpet. Quite disgusting with bleach dripped all along the floor, accompanied by stains and wear. We plan to stay at the same resort next year, but will choose a different unit if the carpet isn't changed.

“Very Pleasant, but, a little annoyed and disappointed” The condition and amenities of the unit were very nice, but, the design and layout of the kitchen was poorly thought-out. The space behind the counter is too narrow. Two people cannot work in the kitchen together. The Dishwasher door cannot be opened fully unless the two rear cabinet doors are opened, which means you cannot pass by the dishwasher with the door down. With the narrow space, the dishes, and pots and pans in the rear cabinets are difficult to access. And the glasses and cups stored over the refrigerator are difficult to reach and impossible for a short person. The counter needs to be moved out to flush with the TV wall, and, the rear cabinets need to be mounted above the rear counter. The mirror is a nice touch, but not needed, and infringes upon the efficiency of operation in the kitchen. Nice unit, but, because of the poorly designed kitchen, I would not stay there again, or recommend it to a friend. Other than those flaws, the unit is very nice.

“I love the location .” Very good value for this location. I must say that I wish furniture, bedding and kitchen utensils were upgraded more often. We have been coming to this spot for many years though.

“Paradise in Maui” The view was drop dead gorgeous! The condo was clean and big enough for four people. We loved having shops and restaurants across the street, so that after a day of sightseeing, we could park our car and walk to dinner and shopping. Other restaurants were a short drive away. Everyone dealing with the condo was very friendly and helpful. I would rent this condo again and would recommend it.

“Amazing View!!!” What an amazing location & even better view! Despite several maintenance problems everything was resolved very quickly. Excellent customer service from the management company. Wifi was poor but may have been due to the overwhelming demand over the holidays. Don't let the first impression of the exterior fool you this place is a gem!

“Home away from home” This unit was recommended to us from friends of ours. The unit was neat and very clean. All the kitchen supplies were great; beds were good and place was comfortable. The unit looked out on the beach and ocean. Grmorningview to wake up to every morning. Our family had a wonderful time and we look forward to visiting again. A big thanks to the resident manager and staff as well making our stay fantastic. Maloha!

“Best location by far!!” We had an absolutely amazing time staying in Kamaole Nalu #106! The location was absolutely perfect for us and definitely it was a plus having easy access to the unit! Beautiful views and sunsets everyday! The unit is nicely appointed and the only reason we couldn't give it an excellent rating was due to cleanliness being a little below par. Mainly just flooring and window coverings and bedding being a bit tired. Overall though, it is a beautiful unit and we thank the owners for sharing such a special place!!

“Fun.” This was our third time staying in Kamaole Nalu 104 and it was just as fantastic as the first time. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches.

“Kamaole Nalu is Incredible!” We had a wonderful time watching the ocean and turtles were especially active this year. Weather was perfect and the unit was fantastic. You could not ask for more in any Maui location. Onsite management and maintenance is top notch, both of which make your stay even more enjoyable! We are coming back January and august 2014 if that is any indication of how much we enjoyed our stay. We love the Nalu and recommend it highly to anyone wanting to experience "Paradise".

“Great location for beach and restaurants - you can walk to all!” Nice, clean unit. The kids loved having a TV in their bedroom for down time after snorkleing and diving all over the place! Beautiful reefs to explore right there! The only downside was proximity to the pool. It is right below the balcony and you hear everything. There were toddlers in there for a few days and we got all the noise (except our kids in their back bedroom watching TV!) When the pool is not in use the unit is wonderful. It is equipped with everything you would need.

“#303 Kihei Beach Condominiums” Very nicely refurbished unit with tasteful decoration and good quality appliances. We enjoyed our stay.

“Fabulous location right on the ocean and next to beautiful beach” Lovely condo with everything we needed right there. Main floor walk out to the pool and grassed area right on the ocean. Beautiful sunsets! Stores close, right across the street. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Condo clean and well decorated. It was a wonderful place to vacation. We'll be back!

“Spotless oceanfront condo with amazing view” Kihei Beach Resort is a well kept facility, #305 was very clean, modern and had a great view. Loved having my own bathroom!! The location is good- quieter than the main Kihei beach area- across the street from a farmer's market and aBC store, but only a few minutes drive to Kamoale beaches and Wailea. Will definitely go back. Ali'i Resorts had great customer service, very prompt and helpful.

“Amazing view. Great service” We were so impressed with this unit. Beds we're all comfortable, even the pull out in the front room when you put the foam topper on it. View from the lanai is to die for. Turtles every morning and amazing sunsets. Staff was very helpful. Always there to help out if you needed something. Rooftop garden was lovely for dinner. Only downside was the dryer. Washer worked well but the dryer was quite useless. Hand to hang towels outside to dry and took any clothes hours to get dry. Come prepared with enough clothes and ask for extra bath towels!

“Great Time” Had a great time at the Royal Mauian. Never did meet a represenitve from ali'i, but they were very helpful over the phone and everthing worked just like they said it would. I would rent agian and agian. The Rroyal Mauian was a wounderful place to stay and close to everything. The only reasaon I did not give my stay 5 stars is the condo is very clean but worn, that's it. I and my family enjoyed the time we spent in Maui

“We will be back!” Stayed in 510 at Kihei Beach Condominiums,could not have been better. Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath,,my bedroom faced the front of the building so it was noisy with the traffic sounds,,I would take ear plugs next time,,not a big deal though. The kitchen was fully equipped and we prepared all sorts of meals. There are 2 large Bbq's for all to use. No need to pack lots of cloths as they have a washer and dryer in the unit,,they also provide the soap. Lovely lanai to watch the sunset,,the Outrigger Canoe Club is right next door and it was fun to watch them practise each morning. There is a nice pool to cool off in,and a lovely grassy are with loungers. You can walk endlessly along the beach which is mere steps away. Can't wait to return!

“A beautiful view and an awesome condo!” Our trip included my husband, me, our three children(ages 15,12 and 8), and my husbands parents. There was plenty of room for the seven of us and we all enjoyed looking out on the water and seeing whale activity, sunsets and more. This condo has been kept up nicely and had many great features.

“Can't beat the view!” Our condo was beautifully decorated and had the comforts of home, but the main reason to book here is the view! We watched the sunset from our lanai almost every night. The location is convenient and the owners are very friendly. Our only annoyance was the constant construction during our stay, which while necessary did drown out ht sound of the ocean :( I will definitely stay here again!! I also loved that it is small, so we never had screaming children at the pool or had to wait for chairs to lounge in!

“Amazing!!!” This was our first time to Maui and we honestly feel that we were in the best location and unit on the island. The unit itself was super clean upon our arrival and had everything we needed. The Wifi is super slow and needs to be upgraded, however that was the only thing that was slightly not perfect. The building is the best location. Right on the ocean (not across the street from it) and was very clean. The rooftop patio with 5 Webber Bbq's was amazing to cook on when enjoying bevies and watching the sun set. The beaches were perfect for our 3.5 year old where the water was warm and not rough. Can't say enough or accurate things about how great a place the Royal Mauian is and our specific unit. We will not stay anywhere else. We can't wait to come back.

“Amazing!” Kihei Surfside was truling amazing. The condo was up date date, comfortable and offered a splendid view of the ocean. Everything was very clean.

“Good location, beachfront, relaxing and peaceful.” The Unit was very nice and clean and comfortable. Great location and great views. Lots of good restaurants close by and grocery stores. Would love to stay here again.

“Two Weeks of Bliss” We were very impressed with the professional and helpful service that was provided to us from ali'i Resorts. We would certainly use them again. Since we were the last unit on the main floor and we were the only big tree that provided some shade just a couple of feet from your lanai you did not always have privacy to eat your meals outside on your lanai. We would get up and get our lounge chairs all set up for a little sun and if we left them for a few minutes the other people took them and our spot. We got used to it after a while. They would leave their towels and books on the chairs in front of our unit for the whole day and come and go as they pleased. The condo had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen - there was not a kitchen gadget that was not there - the linens between the bedroom sheets to bathroom towels were a-1. The accommodations were very good - a lot of space. The location was great - there was a market for fruits,vegetables and baked goods right across the street. There was also an aBC store right across the street if you needed any last minute groceries (eggs, milk, juice etc.). We loved hearing the waves during the day and night, the site was very quiet and peaceful, the property was very clean as well. This is a excellent family location.
