“Incredible condo with spectacular views” We stayed for 3 months in this wonderfully appointed and comfortable condo. Janna, the landlord, is fantastic and very responsive and helpful although we did not have any issues to resolve. The location is perfect to be within walking to the beach, Ala Moana oceanfront park, and Waikiki restaurants and shopping plus ala Moana Center with over 190 shops and restaurants. We definitely will return and recommend to our family and friends.

“Stunning Suite and Resort” My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Honua Kai. The suite was stunning and spacious with all the amenities of home. Situated on the private side of the building, we enjoyed the ocean views and sunsets from the beautiful, tranquil, lanai. An added bonus was the beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear and cooler - even the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. The grounds were lovely and every morning we walked the beach walk to the Whaler's Village then back to Duke's for happy hour. Jill was so friendly, accommodating and helpful with lots of advice on the resort and nearby restaurants/sights. She was always a phone call or text away. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing vacation and we are hoping to stay in Jill and Terry's suite when we go back this summer. Thanks for making our stay a beautiful and memorable one!

“Everything Fantastic!” Accessibility is the word! Right across from a surfing beach, 2 blocks pleasant walk to a great swimming beach, pool and always-ready hot tub on the premises, an easy walk to many shops and eats. “Definitely will be back!” This unit is one of the nicest we've stayed in at Sugar Beach Resort. The view was breath taking. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen and supplies. Everything seemed updated and fresh - from the flat screen Tv's to the Ipod dock and having wireless. Loved the granite countertops and raised bar. Unfortunately we didn't stay long enough. Would definitely recommend to our family and friends and can't wait to come back

“Week in Paradise!!!” We had the most amazing family vacation at Papakea G-407. The complex is located in a great area, close and convenient to shopping, dining, awesome beaches. It is small enough to feel like its your personal space, but has amenities and class of the big mega resorts. The actual unit was very comfortably furnished, had everything we needed, and extras we were not expecting. Sitting on the Lanai, watching the ocean over breakfast and dinner or enjoying a glass of wine was just the best! Our family really loved the fact that the condo was affordable to the point that we could get out, explore and enjoy all that Maui had to offer. Great Snorkeling, Zip-lining, Luau, shopping, many fantastic restaurants and a sunset vow renewal on the beach. The best part of renting from anne and Wes is the care that they took to make sure we had everything we needed for the best vacation ever. Lots of advice and tips that you cannot get from anyone unless they know the island. They turned us on the the best places to snorkel, places to eat, places to shop, things to do. The personal attention was better than any concierge! My family will definitely be back, there is no reason to test out another resort!

“Best Big Island Experience - Unit 14C” We decided to check out Halii Kai condo on our third trip to the Big Island. The condo complex was so beautifully maintained, peaceful and provides a very residential feel. Unit 14C was beautifully decorated and very well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and came with all high end appliances. Peggy even provided bottled water and a six pack of Heineken in the refrigerator for us. We had plenty of linen, pillow, etc. to make us feel completely at home. We were able to use the beach chairs and body boards during our stay. We brought our own snorkeling equipment. Next time, we might try out the tennis and basketball courts since Peggy provide racquets and balls too. From the lanai, we had a beautiful ocean front view. We watched the whale cavorting in the water all week. There is access to the Trail by the Sea but the closest beach access are those by the Hilton or the Marriott. It was a pleasure to work with Peggy through out the process. We cannot wait to come back for another relaxing vacation at Halii Kai, Unit 14C.

“Exceptional home away from home!” Just as described, the kihei oasis is an excellent vacation rental. The layout of the home, furnitionings and it's convenient surroundings, I would definitely recommend staying here. The jacuzzi was a hit, but the real bonus was the little amenities that you don't really think of until you need it. I opened the kitchen cabinets and found foil, oil, shoyu sauce and lots of helpful seasonings. The bathroom cabinets also had additional body wash, shampoo, lotion and for kids too. Although we brought our own amenities, I'm glad you have them available especially for large families. Also a garage wall dedicated to fun in the sun activities, boardgames and so much more. Mahalo to the Morts ohana for providing such a lovely home away from home, We definitely enjoyed ourselves!

“Great place to stay.” We were very pleased with the location. Enjoyed watching the surfers daily & all our side trips were excellent including seeing lava. The place was very clean with good beds. Lots of extras & really liked the filtered cold water. We had one day with hugh waves so made watching the surfers & body boarders very exciting.

“Everything you could ask for and more.” This condo had everything you could ask for and more. Every type of kitchen utensil, gadget, bowl, pots pans etc. Snorkeling gear...many sets, boogie boards, played tennis with my sons for the first time using the rackets from the condo, kids beach toys, a stroller !!. Close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable beds, fantastic towels and then the views. Sunsets from the lanai are perfect. The grounds at the complex are maintained like no other. The photos don't do it justice, you have to see it for yourself. Fantastic experience, hope to do it again in the future. I would recommend this for couples, parents with teenagers (we had 3 kids) and parents with small children.

“Wonderful Time!” Maui Rendezvous is a wonderful place to stay when vacationing in Maui! No detail is left undone. The location is perfect along with all the amenities provided to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. “5 Days in Paradise” We booked 5 nights at Kona View Estate - I just wish we'd booked more. The accommodation was fantastic for our young family and our hosts could not have looked after us better. We spent hours in the pool after sight seeing. The boys spent longer swimming as I cooked dinner on the BBQ keeping an eye on them. We woke to a carafe of hot coffee on our first morning, had an endless supply of oranges which we juiced and atsumi made us some wonderful cookies. We would highly recommend Kona View Estate as well as Randy and atsumi - very genuine couple. We would definitely stay there again.

“Great Stay” My family and I stayed in January and was really impressed with the quality and convenience of the condo. It included everything that we needed, and we even have a 2 yr old toddler who was provided with the basics, such as a high chair. Very nice home appliances and tasteful decor. We are interested in coming back if we are in Maui again. Jamie was also very helpful and made the stay easier since he was really organized and just on top of everything. Small touches such as a welcoming basket was also appreciated.

“Amazing place! Couldnt be closer to the Ocean...” I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Hawaii. We had so much fun paddleboarding at the beach right in front of the condo! It was so convenient to have the rental office there. And our morning walks on the beach were romantic and was something we looked forward to daily. And the sea life from the balcony! We saw fish, yes the water is so cear we could see the fish swimming, and dolphins, and turtles! The Outrigger club down the beach were out in the mornings and inspired us to want to paddle! So we were on our paddleboards for the first time and one of the outrigger guys yelled at my husband to turn his paddle around, he was using it backwards! We had quite a laugh over that. The bed was super comfortable as promised, it was like being in an exclusive hotel. And the new furniture is beautiful, I am interested to see it after you get all your new pieces. What I liked was the fact that you supplied us with major essentials and we didnt have to bring them from home or purchase. Things like shampoo and conditioner, laundry and dish soap, trash bags etc. I especially liked that you had spices to cook with, the main reason I get a condo is to save a little money by cooking my own meals. And, we did leave the Foodland Grocery discount card in the kitchen, I especially appreciated you allowing us to use it. We did the Flyin Hawaiian Zipline. I think it was the best ziplining we've done. It went on forever and it was amazing! We loved dinner at the Fish House on North side, great beachfront restaurant and the food was really good. Thank you for everything. Your thoughtfulness that you put into your condo showed. We appreciate everything and will definately return
