“We came to Hawaii to see our God Child Marry” This had to be one of the most memorable trips we've had in a long time. This wasn't our 1st time to the Big Is. so we didn't need to be pressured to see everything, so we stayed in tune with some local things. The Marina now has a restaurant/bar and we enjoyed fish tacos! We walked a-Bay at night and saw a turtle sleeping in the sand aswell as some night snorklers...brave soles! We had hotel pass for pool use and enjoyed the water slide! We had guests over for dinner often and relaxed with the cool breeze at sunset. Sylvia offers everyting possible to make you feel at home and easy to entertain. Our guests marveled at her interior designs..This condo was comfortable for five adults; we'd return in a heartbeat!

“Great Place” We loved this place and would love to stay again. We stayed for two weeks! The location was great. Not too touristy. Great location right on the beach. Plus they had all of the beach accessories that we needed including beach chairs, towels, snorkels, and boogie boards and a surf board. The house was incredibly clean and up to date, just wish there was a second full bath. Awesome kitchen as well. Cant wait to get back. Thanks Ryan!

“just what we were looking for” Our (family of 3) stay at this condo was great. It had everything we needed and fit our budget. It was very clean, comfortable and close to beaches, shopping and surfboard rentals. The bus is also close and affordable. The neighbours and manager were friendly to us and the owners were easy to reach when we had a question. We'll be back to maui in 2014 and would rent this condo if it's available.

“Exceptional home away from home!” Just as described, the kihei oasis is an excellent vacation rental. The layout of the home, furnitionings and it's convenient surroundings, I would definitely recommend staying here. The jacuzzi was a hit, but the real bonus was the little amenities that you don't really think of until you need it. I opened the kitchen cabinets and found foil, oil, shoyu sauce and lots of helpful seasonings. The bathroom cabinets also had additional body wash, shampoo, lotion and for kids too. Although we brought our own amenities, I'm glad you have them available especially for large families. Also a garage wall dedicated to fun in the sun activities, boardgames and so much more. Mahalo to the Morts ohana for providing such a lovely home away from home, We definitely enjoyed ourselves!

“Great place to stay.” We were very pleased with the location. Enjoyed watching the surfers daily & all our side trips were excellent including seeing lava. The place was very clean with good beds. Lots of extras & really liked the filtered cold water. We had one day with hugh waves so made watching the surfers & body boarders very exciting.

“Outstanding Home, Would Stay Here again” This rental is better than described. The pictures don't do it justice. Our stay was comfortable and fantastic!!! The view was gorgeous! The house is clean, well equipped with all the comforts home. Michele and Ron have thought of everything! “Best Vacation Ever” This was an amazing vacation from the very start. Even before we left I was able to speak with Ning about the home and the area. She had some great suggestions about different activities and restaurants. The home was fantastic. It was way more room than we needed with 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen and spacious living room. The highlight of the home for us was the wrap-around lanai. I was nice to just sit outside and relax in the bright sun and refreshing trade winds. The amenities in the home were also outstanding. “Peaceful Retreat” We spent 2 weeks in the recently remodeled condo. It does not look like the picture but the decor is traditional, not tropical. Except for stained carpet and discolored grout in kitchen counters, it is in good condition. The MBR shower has new tile and an amazing shower head. The second bathroom has new tile and bathtub. Directions he sends 2 days before arrival are very helpful, except password for WiFi needs to be corrected and directions for TV and cable added. We called the owner for help and he was very helpful. We liked the location and privacy of the unit the most.

“Halii Kai 12a was just like home...but better!” We stayed at Halii Kai Condo 12a for 12 days in September 2013. It was fabulous! We are well-seasoned travelers and would have to rate this stay in the top 5 we've ever had. The condo is like a home away from home. Peggy has everything you could possibly need including a fully stocked & well-equipped kitchen, coolers, games, beach towels, full drawer of Dvds for rainy days, Hawaii travel guides, etc. The location is fabulous with ocean views from the lanai just like in the pictures. The condo facility is quiet and well-maintained with a nice pool and small gym. Peggy herself was wonderful to deal with and was very attentive to our requests and needs. She asked us for recommendations or suggestions on how to improve and honestly, we just don't have any because she has already thought of everything. If you are looking for a condo stay in the Waikoloa area you should definitely stay here as you will not be disappointed!

“Kauhale apartment was just what we were looking for & more!” Kauhale apartment was perfect for our family while visiting Oahu. Our son was returning to Hawaii from deployment and we wanted a place where we could visit, relax, and do some home cooking. Kauhale was just what we were looking for and more! Patty & Bob had all the amenities we needed for a perfect beach vacation, including all the right kitchen tools for a family meal. The apartment is located in a great town with everything you need close by. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Hawaii.

“A Vacation Experience to Remember” Our stay experience at this incredible Honua Kai penthouse complex exceeded our expectation. We are a family of seven and this home served our sleep needs, dining, and comfort needs, in a clean and stylish decor. The lanai was spacious with doors that opened to all three sides of the complex, we ate all our meals outside on the spaciously accomodating patio table. The large home provided alcoves of private space for relaxation and rest. For the most part, the kitchen was perfect. We would suggest servicing of the dishwasher, the sensor light was not functioning. In addition, be certain to have the refrigerator/freezer turned on in sufficient time to house your purchased groceries. Cooking amenities are provided. However, it would have been great to have a rice cooker included. One of the highlights of this location is the easy access to the beach and on the premise pools. We personally enjoyed walking out to the local beach and definitely utilized the beach amenities provided by the homeowner. This is definitely a vacation we will remember for a lifetime. We have already shared this hidden secret accommodation with family and friends!

“Delightful stay for family of 5” Staying here was a wonderful experience we had from start to finish. The rental arrangements went smoothly and when we arrived Barb and Walt met us at the lobby and made us feel at home right away. Barb answered all of our questions and gave us some good ideas for our stay. She was so helpful and attentive - she is on site most of the time - so if you need anything she is just a phone call away. I just can't say enough wonderful things about Barb and Walt - they really made us feel like family - not just renters! The condo exceeded our expectations. The size is perfect for a family of five and less expensive than renting a 2 bedroom. Don't worry about it not being an ocean view because the view from the condo is incredible. There is a large lanai with a view of a waterfall, beautiful grounds, and sweeping mountains in the background. Each morning you can watch the sunrise over the mountains...what a treat! The condo has everything you need - we cooked a lot of our meals there and I was impressed at how well the kitchen was stocked. They also have beach supplies - sand toys, chairs, boogie boards and floaties for the pool. The resort is so lush and beautiful with pools and hot tubs winding throughout integrated with waterfalls and amazing plants and trees. Having Dukes on the property is a nice treat too - we loved the 'Aloha Hour' from 3-5pm with great drink and appetizer (pupu) specials! The location is great - the beach has a nice reef area that you can snorkel right there. The kids did plenty of swimming and boogie boarding on the beach there too. We had a wonderful time and will hopefully be returning soon & recommending renting from Barb & Walt to our friends! Mahalo!!

“Absolutely Perfect!” To Begin, this amazing condo is in one of the nicest areas on Oahu. Ko Olina is simply beautiful and more importantly far away from the crowded gridlock of the Waikiki area. This condo is directly on the beach and offers the most spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets from the covered Lanai. The floor plan is perfect and the interior furnishings are first rate. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Also, the attention to detail that andre, Meg and Nadia showed us was a real relief. You were never left with that "what am I suppose to do" anxious feeling. They were there all the way and really did help make our anniversary a wonderful memory. Plus, they are genuinely nice people.

“Fantastic comfortable base to explore wonderful Maui” I can't say enough good things about this lovely condo! - Linda the owner was so helpful throughout the booking process and our stay and returned our security deposit really quickly! she sent us loads of really useful info. which helped us 1st timers to Maui. To say we loved it is an understatement, the condo is just as described/pictured, its huge!! and is a few minutes across the road from the lovely Kamaole Beach Park. You have everything you need here for a fantastic holiday, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers the lot. The pool at the condo is clean and well maintained and on the days we used it we had it mostly to ourselves, The rooftop terrace and BBQ area is brilliant, but we only used it once as there are more than enough restaurants within walking distance of the KBR to keep you busy for a few weeks, sadly we only had 9 days (loads of shops too) Will definitely return here, its a fantastic base to explore Maui as you are in the middle of the island. We went to a few other resorts on our travels, but definitely made the right decision to stay here. I would recommend to anyone especially families or small groups as its a great size. Thanks again Linda for an amazing stay in Maui.
