“We came to Hawaii to see our God Child Marry” This had to be one of the most memorable trips we've had in a long time. This wasn't our 1st time to the Big Is. so we didn't need to be pressured to see everything, so we stayed in tune with some local things. The Marina now has a restaurant/bar and we enjoyed fish tacos! We walked a-Bay at night and saw a turtle sleeping in the sand aswell as some night snorklers...brave soles! We had hotel pass for pool use and enjoyed the water slide! We had guests over for dinner often and relaxed with the cool breeze at sunset. Sylvia offers everyting possible to make you feel at home and easy to entertain. Our guests marveled at her interior designs..This condo was comfortable for five adults; we'd return in a heartbeat!

“Definitely will be back!” This unit is one of the nicest we've stayed in at Sugar Beach Resort. The view was breath taking. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen and supplies. Everything seemed updated and fresh - from the flat screen Tv's to the Ipod dock and having wireless. Loved the granite countertops and raised bar. Unfortunately we didn't stay long enough. Would definitely recommend to our family and friends and can't wait to come back

“The Perfect Condo!” For the past two years we've had extended stays in this condo and another in the same complex that is also owned by Sylvia. She does a wonderful job decorating and stocking her units, and is quick to help if there are any problems once you are there, although we’ve had almost none. The brightly colored walls, the furniture, and all the paintings and artwork provide a warm, “island” atmosphere. The kitchen has plenty of bright Fiesta Ware table settings, pots and pans, and all you need to serve both yourselves and guests. This is an excellent floor plan for guests. The guest room has plenty of space, storage, and an ensuite bathroom. We had other couples with us for almost 4 weeks and never felt crowded or uncomfortable. The floor plan is much nicer than most that you will find in Hawaii. First, the lanai is huge and it wraps around two sides of the condo, with plenty of space to both eat and lounge outside. The kitchen is larger than most condos and can easily accommodate 2 or even 3 people working there. The living area is large, square, and two whole sides are a series of sliding glass doors going out to the lanai, so the views are expansive and there is lots of light. Since the condo is on the second floor, we live with the sliders open almost 24/7. Also unusual, is that the construction of this complex is concrete, so you don’t hear your neighbors. We are so pleased to have “discovered” Vista Waikoloa and Sylvia’s condos and recommend them whole heartedly. Vista Waikoloa is an immaculately maintained property – beautiful, mature trees and flowers, a great pool and spa area, a well-stocked workout room, and nice barbeques where the men seem to gather every night. The location is ideal – easy walking distance to both the Kings’ Shops and the Queens’ Marketplace, with the Hilton and Marriott right across the street and a very short walk to the beach at “A” Bay.

“Great place to stay.” We were very pleased with the location. Enjoyed watching the surfers daily & all our side trips were excellent including seeing lava. The place was very clean with good beds. Lots of extras & really liked the filtered cold water. We had one day with hugh waves so made watching the surfers & body boarders very exciting.

“A great winter escape for the snow-weary” A very well equipped condo unit in a luxury condo building with several pools & play areas for the kids. Duke's bar&restaurant; is a nice feature of the property, as is the gourmet shop in the adjoining building. In close proximity to the beach & ocean and at one end of a long beachside path which extends South & goes by all the beach hotels & several restaurants, it affords a nice 1-2 hour walk/jog(depending on pace). Service & support by the owners & resort staff was excellent. It is very close to shopping. All in all a great location.

“Excellent condo! The best option for your Hawaii stay!” The condo was wonderful, clean, very comfortable, just steps from the beach... just perfect! We tried the famous malasadas at Leonard's bakery (yummy!) and followed all Kevin's advice as regards pubs and restaurants! He sent us a digital Waikiki map with useful information and activities recommendations. Thanks for that! As regards Hawaii... we cannot put it in words, we just want to come back :)

“Great Stay” My family and I stayed in January and was really impressed with the quality and convenience of the condo. It included everything that we needed, and we even have a 2 yr old toddler who was provided with the basics, such as a high chair. Very nice home appliances and tasteful decor. We are interested in coming back if we are in Maui again. Jamie was also very helpful and made the stay easier since he was really organized and just on top of everything. Small touches such as a welcoming basket was also appreciated.

“Centrally located condo with incredible viewand easy access to b” This is a beautful condo that has a great view of the beach and ocean from the sliding glass living room door. You can hear the waves of the ocean from the bedroom which is really relaxing to go to sleep and wake up to. The condo is in walking distance from the harbor that includes shops, restaurants, bars, and an aqauriaum. You can also walk along the beach anywhere right outside of the condo. On top of that, it is centrally located to major towns on the island and it's an easy drive in any direction to them. The condo itself is very clean and modern.

“Superb view, decor, and location!” Wonderful location central to fantastic snorkeling at Poipu Beach (only minutes away); quick access to great attractions and all point Kauai; and thoughtfulness taken into account for the renter - the owners clearly love the island and help to share that love with you with guidebooks and brochures in the condo and pre-vacation emails detailing experiences and recommendations based on their own and guests' experiences. The condo is located in Kuhio Shores; we couldn't have asked for a better location. Your lanai overlooks the water and nothing beats the sound of the ocean every day. The condo décor is modern and clean. With a kitchen equipped for everyday cooking, we saved a lot of money eating breakfast and lunch every day at home. Like most places on the island, there is no air conditioning, which can be a little stuffy at times - but opening the windows created great cross-ventilation. It's also very quiet here. An even better addition to this gem is the very comfortable bed complete with down pillows. The bathroom had an ample supply of bathroom towels and beach towels. Onside laundry facilities made life so much easier (especially for when we got home). Lastly, we came to Kauai for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better rental. The rate is extremely reasonable and was more than we could've asked for, if not dreamed of when making our plans. Denise was very helpful pre-stay, sending us emails and keeping in touch with us and answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend this unit and would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

“Home away from home.” Wow, what can I say Gary, your place was such a nice surprise. Actually from the reviews I kinda expected somewhere nice and comfy, yet when I arrived I was still pleasantly surprised. Located at the 30th floor, Garys place is never too hot. We seriously didn't need the air con the whole time we were there and I was glad for it. Seriously, fresh air or conditioned air... I'd take fresh air every time! The kitchen was a definite plus, as we could have brekkers in the room and dinner if we wished. The best thing about the condo was coming back after a long day at the malls/beaches, and just winding down in front of the tv. My kids loved the space, and the sofa bed was actually quite comfy, and huge! Not to mention the massive king size for me and the hubby. Seriously great, especially seeing as we've got a superking at home and it's hard to go from a superking to a queen I tell you! Anyway, thank you so much for providing such a nice place at such an affordable price especially for families like mine who are travelling on a budget! I would stay back here in a heart beat. I just wish you had more days available for me and my family to stay, because it beats staying at a hotel any day!

“My happy place!” I have had the pleasure of staying at Valley Isle twice, the last time with my wife celebrating our one year anniversary. My parents have been going to Valley Isle for years and told me of this quiet place that is right on the beach with a price and a view that can't be beat. Finally I went with them and found out they were right. During the season you have to take the short drive to Lahaina to get up close and personal with the whales, but eating breakfast on the lanai (deck) and seeing them breach is just an amazing experience. I found the drive is short enough to be convenient to everything Lahaina offers but far enough away from the crowds and the noise. We loved the home feel of the condo. To keep within our budget we ate out one night and ate in the next. There a lot of great dining options close to Valley Isle, but there is also a lot to say for a romantic dinner with a view you won't forget. Speaking of the view, it is truly incredible which can be enjoyed from the living room, bedroom or my favorite, the spacious lanai (deck). We just booked our next trip and I recommend that you do the same!
