“Definitely will be back!” This unit is one of the nicest we've stayed in at Sugar Beach Resort. The view was breath taking. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen and supplies. Everything seemed updated and fresh - from the flat screen Tv's to the Ipod dock and having wireless. Loved the granite countertops and raised bar. Unfortunately we didn't stay long enough. Would definitely recommend to our family and friends and can't wait to come back

“Week in Paradise!!!” We had the most amazing family vacation at Papakea G-407. The complex is located in a great area, close and convenient to shopping, dining, awesome beaches. It is small enough to feel like its your personal space, but has amenities and class of the big mega resorts. The actual unit was very comfortably furnished, had everything we needed, and extras we were not expecting. Sitting on the Lanai, watching the ocean over breakfast and dinner or enjoying a glass of wine was just the best! Our family really loved the fact that the condo was affordable to the point that we could get out, explore and enjoy all that Maui had to offer. Great Snorkeling, Zip-lining, Luau, shopping, many fantastic restaurants and a sunset vow renewal on the beach. The best part of renting from anne and Wes is the care that they took to make sure we had everything we needed for the best vacation ever. Lots of advice and tips that you cannot get from anyone unless they know the island. They turned us on the the best places to snorkel, places to eat, places to shop, things to do. The personal attention was better than any concierge! My family will definitely be back, there is no reason to test out another resort!

“Perfect Location for a Perfect Kahului Vacation” My husband and I loved this large beautiful roomy condo at the Whalers in Maui. The wonderful fact that it is on the ground floor (no elevators wait time) and entrances from both the front door and direct lanai access to beach was such an added plus. We were literally 30 steps from the ocean yet it is quiet and feels very private. The well-stocked kitchen provided everything (except for the food and wine) for our sunset cocktails and steak dinners on the waterfront. Passers-by were envious of our perfect unobstructed ocean view. This is an ideal spot for a romantic get-away, close to everything we love about Maui.

“The Perfect Condo!” For the past two years we've had extended stays in this condo and another in the same complex that is also owned by Sylvia. She does a wonderful job decorating and stocking her units, and is quick to help if there are any problems once you are there, although we’ve had almost none. The brightly colored walls, the furniture, and all the paintings and artwork provide a warm, “island” atmosphere. The kitchen has plenty of bright Fiesta Ware table settings, pots and pans, and all you need to serve both yourselves and guests. This is an excellent floor plan for guests. The guest room has plenty of space, storage, and an ensuite bathroom. We had other couples with us for almost 4 weeks and never felt crowded or uncomfortable. The floor plan is much nicer than most that you will find in Hawaii. First, the lanai is huge and it wraps around two sides of the condo, with plenty of space to both eat and lounge outside. The kitchen is larger than most condos and can easily accommodate 2 or even 3 people working there. The living area is large, square, and two whole sides are a series of sliding glass doors going out to the lanai, so the views are expansive and there is lots of light. Since the condo is on the second floor, we live with the sliders open almost 24/7. Also unusual, is that the construction of this complex is concrete, so you don’t hear your neighbors. We are so pleased to have “discovered” Vista Waikoloa and Sylvia’s condos and recommend them whole heartedly. Vista Waikoloa is an immaculately maintained property – beautiful, mature trees and flowers, a great pool and spa area, a well-stocked workout room, and nice barbeques where the men seem to gather every night. The location is ideal – easy walking distance to both the Kings’ Shops and the Queens’ Marketplace, with the Hilton and Marriott right across the street and a very short walk to the beach at “A” Bay.

“Best Vacation Ever” This was an amazing vacation from the very start. Even before we left I was able to speak with Ning about the home and the area. She had some great suggestions about different activities and restaurants. The home was fantastic. It was way more room than we needed with 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen and spacious living room. The highlight of the home for us was the wrap-around lanai. I was nice to just sit outside and relax in the bright sun and refreshing trade winds. The amenities in the home were also outstanding. “Our Maui stay” The condo had all the comforts of home. The location was great, close to some stores and shopping. It was also close to where our son's wedding was and to everything we wanted to see and do. People at the condo guests and neighbors were all very friendly. “5 Days in Paradise” We booked 5 nights at Kona View Estate - I just wish we'd booked more. The accommodation was fantastic for our young family and our hosts could not have looked after us better. We spent hours in the pool after sight seeing. The boys spent longer swimming as I cooked dinner on the BBQ keeping an eye on them. We woke to a carafe of hot coffee on our first morning, had an endless supply of oranges which we juiced and atsumi made us some wonderful cookies. We would highly recommend Kona View Estate as well as Randy and atsumi - very genuine couple. We would definitely stay there again.

“Amazing place! Couldnt be closer to the Ocean...” I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Hawaii. We had so much fun paddleboarding at the beach right in front of the condo! It was so convenient to have the rental office there. And our morning walks on the beach were romantic and was something we looked forward to daily. And the sea life from the balcony! We saw fish, yes the water is so cear we could see the fish swimming, and dolphins, and turtles! The Outrigger club down the beach were out in the mornings and inspired us to want to paddle! So we were on our paddleboards for the first time and one of the outrigger guys yelled at my husband to turn his paddle around, he was using it backwards! We had quite a laugh over that. The bed was super comfortable as promised, it was like being in an exclusive hotel. And the new furniture is beautiful, I am interested to see it after you get all your new pieces. What I liked was the fact that you supplied us with major essentials and we didnt have to bring them from home or purchase. Things like shampoo and conditioner, laundry and dish soap, trash bags etc. I especially liked that you had spices to cook with, the main reason I get a condo is to save a little money by cooking my own meals. And, we did leave the Foodland Grocery discount card in the kitchen, I especially appreciated you allowing us to use it. We did the Flyin Hawaiian Zipline. I think it was the best ziplining we've done. It went on forever and it was amazing! We loved dinner at the Fish House on North side, great beachfront restaurant and the food was really good. Thank you for everything. Your thoughtfulness that you put into your condo showed. We appreciate everything and will definately return

“Great place! Great location!” My family and I stayed here for 5 days and we were happy to find out that this condo unit is exactly as it looks in the pictures! It was clean and well stocked and just enough space for a family of 6. We appreciated the conveniences of having wi-fi access and the free parking pass because finding parking around Waikiki can be quite difficult. We also liked the fact that the condo was in a great location in Waikiki. We were across the street from Starbucks, the aBC store, Mc Donalds, and within walking distance to the International Marketplace, Duke's and the Royal Hawaiian Center. Best of all, the bus stop is right in front of the Royal Kuhio so a car isn't necessary. The only downside was that since it is in the heart of Waikiki, it can get a little noisy at night when you're trying to sleep. But the noise didn't bother us at all. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone! My family and I would definitely stay here again. Edna has been great to work with and she responded to my messages rather quickly and she was eager to help make our stay comfortable. Thanks again so much, Edna! Aloha!

“Fantastic condo with amazing view!” We were looking for a beach front condo for our trip to Waikiki. We found exactly what we needed with this condo. The view is breath taking and you will find everything you need in the condo to have a great vacation. I appreciated the free WiFi , beach chairs and umbrella.
