“Simply the Best!!!” 7 of us stayed at this amazing Villa (including our daughter and son-in-law and their 3 small children). The layout is perfect for 2 families, one extended family or a large group of friends. The Villa had everything that we needed and more. It was better than the pictures. Everything was new and comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was large well equipped, and we really enjoyed the pool and used the BBQ a lot. The location of the house is in a nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood with the beach just a short drive away. Loved that the Villa came equipped with all the beach gear; however, spent most of our time by the pool or fishing in the canal with the grand-kids as we seldom pulled ourselves away from this beautiful home. I did have lots of questions for Danielle before we arrived and she always responded very quickly to my e-mails, which really gave me peace of mind. All I can say is that the 8 days went by way too fast. I wished I we had stayed 2 weeks.

“Perfect Beach House” We loved the quaint little duplex. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Tim was a dream to work with. The A/C one of the units went out while we were there, and he had someone there first thing to take care of it. We will definitely be looking to rent from Tim again in the future.

“Fun times, great memories!” There were six of us on a girls trip. The condo was exactly as described, it was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of beds, seats, and bathrooms. It was decorated nicely with thought and attention to detail, even down to the towels. It was just perfect all around. We watched a movie on the big living room TV one night, everyone had a place to sit and relax. Being a group of girls the large bathrooms were great for getting ready, we all had plenty of space. My only suggestions would be more seating on the balcony, maybe a couple of beach chairs to go along with the beach cart and a hot tub would have been nice during the cooler months. I would definately stay here again, and I would refer a friend. Robin and Dana were great to work with and we didn't have any troubles at all!

“The best weekend ever!” What a great weekend and it all started in Room 104. The room is not directly on the gulf, but it is just around the corner. Across from the room there is a deck with picnic tables and BBQ pits. We were able to hang out out there till all hours and just relax and have fun. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room. The owner had plenty of towels for us to use. The kitchen is a good size and we had plenty of room to roam. if u are a big family and you want to have fun and enjoy each other, this is the place to do it.

“Great Stay” Great stay in PCB! We stayed in Rm 603 at the Top of the Gulf! Perfect area. Lots to do close by Near a lot of eating and entertainment opportunities Amazing view of the pool area and Gulf from our room! The building was really nice. Very clean and well taken care of. Easy access to the Gulf. Excellent security that took care of the guests and property but were not intrusive. As for the room, it was beautifully decorated. The two beds and lay out were plenty of room for the five of us to sleep. The bathroom and kitchen were small but plenty good for us. The owner, Mr Charles, let us know up front without us asking about the size of those rooms. He gave me his number and told us to not hesitate to call with any questions or concerns. We had no problems at all. He was easy to work with setting up our trip. Sent us a list of things that would help make the trip more enjoyable. Highly recommend Top of the Gulf, Rm 603 and Mr Charles ! Looking forward to getting down there again and will def look to stay here again!
