We have had it for about eight years and we have been going there almost twice a year now and I must say that every time we come back with an extremely satisfying feeling. The view from the terrace is very relaxing and we enjoy it to the utmost every time that we are there. This is indeed very different from the "usual" holiday in a big city although many beautiful cities are right in the vicinity within 30 to 40 minutes drive. We will be glad to have you back again. Je suis navrée que vos vacances ne se soient pas déroulées comme vous le souhaitiez. D’une part, vos exigences ont été disproportionnées au regard des prestations offertes parfaitement transparentes figurant sur le site de Tripadvisor. Ma villa est une villa de vacances mais pas une résidence 5 étoiles avec service compris. Ce à quoi vous vous attendiez peut-être… Si tel était le cas, votre choix n’a pas été judicieux mais vous ne pouvez me reprocher les points que vous évoqués sans me laisser penser que vous ne souhaitiez pas prendre en charge financièrement tous les suppléments que vous m’avez demandé…. (les lits faits à l’arrivée notamment) l’ensemble des lits pour 2 personnes !! Et je garantis la propreté des lieux puisque je l’ai effectué personnellement. Le maximum a été fait pour vous être agréable, afin que vous passiez un très bon séjour (vous êtes restés 3 semaines tout de même) sans avoir à vous préoccuper de quoique ce soit c’est à dire : entretien de la piscine régulier, arrosage et entretien des espaces verts pour qu’ils restent conformes aux prestations sachant qu’en cette période estivale, la sècheresse est de rigueur. Et ce d’autant plus, que cet entretien a été fait qu’en fin de journée lors de vos absences pour justement ne pas vous déranger. Que faire de plus ? Votre ingratitude est affligeante !!! Vous reprochez les insectes mais vous avez sans doute oublié que vous étiez dans un espace naturel fait de verdure (cadre forestier)... la ville vous conviendrait mieux !! D’autre part, la partie « Donjon des Combes » est bien distincte de la Villa comme précisé clairement sur le site de Tripadvisor. Vous n’avez pas souhaité prendre ce supplément en découvrant à votre arrivée les lieux. Enfin, je regrette les médiocres relations avec les équipes de Tripadvisor marquant cruellement le manque de professionnalisme que l’on peut attendre d’un site de réservation à l’instar de Booking
