I honestly don't understand the 3 reviews raving about this house. I am a frequent traveler with "3-star" expectations and I'm not happy about staying at this home.

I'm very sorry that our guests from America disappointed with accommodation,
But what we do for guests (5 persons) who came from America to nine days in the house that receives 12 people, and they are few places in the house.
Really not to believe ....
- These guests we went up to meet ....
First coming yet - 9 large bags
we brought them free and controlled (in 5 am) from home
2. Every day we had a few calls and emails for
(Do not know how to turn on the washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, air conditioning,
eventually even the internet that I normally lit and everything is working very well.
To each their invitation to come to the house and explained to them all.
3 Guests are requested 24 hour service, but it is not stated anywhere and is not included in the price, their demands could fill maybe just a 5-star hotel but there a room for two persons costs 700-800 euros / night.
4.All they are looking for from us they get (they need more shampoo, soap, garbage bags ....) also have them a few times, took their personal trash in a landfill ...
5th We are not guilty they Agency where they rented a transfer to the airport about 30 minutes late in the morning .... in 5 hours.
6.We have their maximal support and protection, as well as all the guests who came to our house.
7. We have recommended their top restaurants with excellent food with our gift 10% discount at these restaurants.
I think we have done our job professionally and every yet the world has, some are demanding some are not, but those demanding guests would recommend that you do not take a cheaper accommodation, there go to the hotel who can comply with all, their requirements which have a lot of .. ..
These are the first customers who are dissatisfied room in our house, and really hope that it will remain the only one ....
