“Wonderful experience in great location” It was our first visit to Croatia and the experience exceeded our expectations. We were met at the airport by Mike, the owners father, and taken directly to the apartment where we received an excellent introduction to the facilites with lots of useful tourist information. Apartment was adequate for our needs and ideally situated to explore the area on foot. Fridge was a bit noisy on first night but soon sorted with some packing under feet. Some wonderful coastal walks and town is only a few minutes walk away. Small local supermarket provided everything we needed during our 7 day stay. Good range of resturants and places to eat nearby and we had some great meals at Pizzeria Desetka which was only a few metres from the apartment - good value food and service (Tina was a star). We really enjoyed our stay in Cavtat at the Tiha apartment and would love to return in the future. Thanks to Michaela the owner, it was a memorable experience.

“Great!” We have realy great time in this villa! The location is just fantastic, some meters from the sea, to shops and a very nice walk to the most famouse beach in Croatia - Zlati Rat. The childern has also a beautiful time in the swimming pool and in the garden. The house manager was always very helpfull and realy nice to us! Thank you! It was pleasure to stay in a home made with so much taste and love.

“Failte- a comfortable and relaxing spot” We spent 2 weeks in the holiday accommodation called 'Failte', in Orebic, Croatia. It was extremely well equipped and comfortable- a veritable 'home from home'. A walk of no more than 5 minutes brings you to the seafront and a splendid promenade for strolling or more energetic walking, providing a seascape panorama and good views of the island of Korculla.
“Great apartment in great location” Barcelona is a great apartment in a very convenient location – just a few minutes flat walk from the Pile Gate. It’s very well equipped with a large comfortable bed, an additional sofa bed, a great shower and kitchen – it was just as advertised on the listing. Bozo was very responsive to any questions we had and flexible with arrival and departure times. The only downside is that if people are in the apartment above it can be quite noisy in the living room area. In the small street just to the left of the apartment is a great wine bar – Tavulin. It has great food, tasty tapas and very friendly service.

“The Perfect Holiday Home for the family to have fun and relax!” My Husband, Myself and 3 children (age 7,8 and10) could not praise the service and standards enough that we received whist staying at Villa Maruka. We were greeted by Sanja the Villa Manager who throughout our stay catered to our needs, from arranging a fishing-trip to booking restaurants. The house and pool itself was faultless, furnished to a very high standard, with nice litlle touches like fresh flowers, fruit delivered by Sanja from her own garden to a well stocked mini-bar. The house was light and airy and of course the air-conditioning was great! We travelled to the Golden Horn beach at Bol which took about 45 minutes, but well worth the trip. There was a great fish market in Supetar and an abundance of shops and restaurants. We also visited the beautiful town of Milna which the drive itself gave you stunning views of the island and those surrounding it.

“A slice of paradise!” The most beautiful setting of any villa we have ever stayed at! The gardens which are on different levels and lead down to Bobovisca Bay are beautifully maintained and provide various different seating areas each affording stunning views of the bay. The owners who live at a separate house on the property were very welcoming, providing us with fresh peaches and figs from the garden most days, yet very discreet. We stayed at Villa Anna with our 3 children aged 12, 10 and 6. They too absolutely loved it and made good use of the beautiful pool ( whilst we enjoyed the nearby hammocks! ). It was a real bonus being to walk down to the bay for swimming and boating. There are lots of lovely little villages and beautiful beaches nearby which are worth exploring although it was tempting just to stay at the property all day!
Dubrovnik Old Town apartment

“Simply the best” My girlfriend and I spent a weekend in this amazing city and stayed in the most perfect apartment. It was perfectly located in the center of the Old city, just few steps from the main street. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, wi-fi, sat-tv, kitchen and bright bathroom. It was better than we could imagine and just as advertised if not better. Even thoe it was so central it was very quiet. The hosts were there if you needed them and gave a lovely welcome with all the info to ensure we do not miss out on something in Dubrovnik, tips on restaurants, concerts... All in all it was a lovely holiday and we can not wait to go back.

“villa mar de luxe apertment 1” while this apartment may not be as well equipped as the other two, it is still very clean and comfortable. the kitchen area is small, but it's still possible to cook an evening meal and enjoy it on the balcony, which has a beautiful view. anna and her family were very helpful, the transfer from and to the airport by her father meant we did'nt have to hire a car. there was plenty of clean linens and the apartment was in a great location. the town of trogir was beautiful, lot's of good restaurants and bars. the taxi boat to trogir was a great service, leaving from the beach close to the villa. all in all a great place to stay!!

“Incredible Stay! Fantastic!” Staying with Apartments Baltazar was absolutely fantastic!! Ivica was an incredible host from start to finish & we really couldn't have asked for more! We arrived late in Dubrovnik to find a full meal & beers waiting for us, as well as a fantastic introduction to Dubrovnik with sights, restaurants, beaches & excursions recommended. We stayed in a neighbouring apartment, as Ivica's were fully booked, which was lovely. Very spacious for the price paid, clean, good shower, good cooking space, balcony with amazing views over Dubrovnik - Perfect! It was also lovely to still feel include in the 'Baltazar Family' vibe with beers on Ivica's terrace every night. The location is good - a 10/15 walk to the old town. Beware the steps coming back up! We arrived by car so are not sure how far the bus station is. Dubrovnik is a lovely place to visit; rich in culture & history and beautiful. Take Ivica's advice on restaurants as there are an overwhelming number to chose from in the Old Town, and we never got a bad meal. The end of our stay coincided with the opening night of the Dubrovik Summer Festival, where Ivica invited us to eat out & watch the fireworks with his family. A wonderful finish. We would highly recommend Apartment Baltazar to anyone visiting Dubrovnik - not only are they great value for money, but you cannot put a price on great local knowledge and unfaulting hospitality! Thank you!!

“Beautiful apartment more like a hotel.” We stayed in the top floor apartment as there were just the two of us. It is stunning, spotless and more like a hotel.Marie makes sure you have regular lovely fresh towels etc .There is only a short walk from the lovely town and such beautiful views. Cavtat is great, you don't need to hire a car as its a short way from the airport, though not noisy. You can get a boat or a bus to Dubrovnik easily and then relax back in Cavtat. A really lovely place with bright blue sea and lovely walk around the peninsula.Would highly recommend.

“Great apartment, great price” Just returned from a week in Apartment 1 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great views, the apartment had everything we needed (including air conditioning!), ideal location, spotlessly clean and Damir, the owner, was really friendly. The only downside is that there are a lot of steps up to the apartment - but then the same is true anywhere in the Old Town! At least it gives you an excuse to eat that extra ice cream.... If you're looking for a cute apartment with a view in Old Town Dubrovnik at a reasonable price, then this is the place for you.

“The Perfect Location” My girlfriend and I stayed with Tony for 10 days and we could not have been more happy with the appartment! The appartments are a 5 minute walk away from the beach (with bar!); tennis courts; a large supermarket; tourist info centre; restaurants and bus stop. It's 10 minutes into Dubrovnik Old Town on the bus and there is one every 5-10 minutes. The appartment itself was clean, had free wi-fi, great A/C a suberb new bathroom and a great little sun trap patio for breakfasts and evening drinks. It's very private and great for relaxing. Tony was a big help with advice on how to get around and he picked us up from the airport (answering all our questions during the journey!) and took us back. All in all, a terrific holiday and a massive thank you to Tony for all his help.
