Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Wonderful views” Stayed while attending a family wedding. Am from Galway so chose location as it was going to be convenient. Was very pleased with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds which you can never count on. Amazing ever changing views thanks to a taste of all of Galway's weather. Have already recommended it to friends.
“A Slice of Old Ireland” Native to Ireland, I returned home for an express visit to see my parents. The family home is no more and so I needed a place to stay. I chose Bertie’s Cottage as it is in close proximity to parents and sisters - I also recognized it as being perfectly positioned to the Burren and Galway. A great springboard for touring. Brought a friend from the US who had never been to Ireland - the cottage was a double dose of charm for her. Michael Coen is a terrific host and maintains the cottage in top shape. He was very responsive to any lottle enquiry we had.
Beds are comfy and home is very spacious.
I recommend highly!
“What a Wonderful Experience!” We had a lovely stay at Cuach Cottage. It's a warm and comfortable place in a beautiful location, convenient to Clifden and Connemara. The Youngs did a wonderful job in renovating the cottage and adding modern conveniences while maintaining its 19th century charm. It truly felt like home, and we can't wait to come back.
