“Wonderful house with incredible views” La Posada Romana is a superb house to relax and unwind in. The house is impeccably finished and is stylish & modern whilst also feeling homely and comfortable. The views are fantastic and many hours were spent sitting out on the terraces. The pool area feels like you are in a hotel spa. The indoor pool was great for our two babies as it meant there was no need for sunscreen and the pool was nice and warm. The house had very good wifi and sky tv which was useful. The kitchen was large and brand new and had great appliances and everything you needed for cooking all your meals. We flew into Gibraltar and it took about an hour to drive to La Posada Romana. The last 5mins is on a stone road and whilst it is a bit bumpy we had hired a normal saloon car and did not feel it was a problem. Miren gave very good directions with photos of landmarks along the way. The location feels remote but is only 5mins from Gaucin and about 30mins to the beaches or Sotogrande. We would not hesitate in recommending this beautiful house to anyone looking for a great place to stay with beautiful views and a peaceful location.
