“Yet another perfect stay - a unique apartment in a stunning setting” Yet another perfect stay at this superb Valletta apartment - having stayed here before, we didn't hesitate to book it again, and loved it both times! The apartment is ideally situated in Malta's charming capital city, just a few minutes' walk from the shops, must-see tourist attractions (such as St John's Cathedral and Manoel Theatre) as well as a number of great restaurants, cafes and wine bars. The apartment is also conveniently close to the ferry service to Sliema and the main bus terminal, so not having rented a car was not an issue for us at all. The panoramic view is unparalleled, overlooking Manoel Island and Marsamxett harbour - sipping a glass of wine by the balcony made us feel truly relaxed, as if we were floating over the sea! We ventured out most evenings - Peter, the owner, was very helpful and pointed us in the direction of the best places to eat and drink (Rubino and Trabuxu were our favourites) - however as we often stay in self-catering accommodation we were also delighted that the apartment itself was very well equipped for a holiday let and we found everything we needed. We were also pleased to find that it has a private entrance. It was also spotlessly clean, not to mention seriously stylish (the walk-in rain shower deserves a mention)! Altogether a wonderful stay - totally recommended - and we hope to be back soon! Thanks Peter!

“The best apartment in Valletta” Located on the iconic Old Mint Street this apartment is ideally situated for sightseeing. Everywhere in Valletta is within a few minutes walk, including the buses and ferries. Entering into the internal courtyard the glass elevator takes you to your penthouse apartment. This was renovated around July 2011 to a very high spec. Open plan, light, well appointed and spotlessly clean. From the balcony there is a spiral staircase onto the rooftop with it's wonderful views. There are also excellent views from the dining area. The second bedroom is down a stone spiral staircase and so not to be recommended for those with mobility problems. However the apartment is very user friendly. Paul and his team ensure that everything is arranged for your convenience. We will be returning and suggest you visit too.

“A great stay in Malta!” We were made to feel very welcome by Patrick and his family and appreciate the thought that has been put into the amenities within the apartment. We found Patrick's knowledge of Malta very useful in answering any questions we had. We are sure that future visitors will enjoy their stay in this beautiful city and location of Valletta as much as we have.

“Perfect base to explore Valletta and Malta” I was staying at Valletta Appartments 19 for a week with my wife and my children (aged 7 and 5). Patrick, the very friendly owner of the appartment, picked us up at the airport and drove us to the appartment in Valletta. The appartment is located very centrally. All of Valletta's sights are within a few minutes by foot, as are the ferry boats to Sliema and Birgu and also the central bus terminal - very handy when travelling all over Malta. The appartment's neighborhood is pleasantly quiet, especially at night. There is a small bakery adjacent to the appartment where we sampled fresh "ftira" (Maltese bread) and delicious little Maltese pea pies. The appartment itself is very clean, especially the bathroom is spotless. The washing machine in the bathroom together with the clothesline in the Maltese balcony was also a great asset. The free WiFi served us really well. Oh, I forgot: On the roof you have a quite good view over the Grand Harbour. There are some comfy chairs also - it's just great to sit there in the evening watching the sun set and the city's lights getting switched on. We would definitely recommend the appartment to anyone planning to visit Malta. Thank you so much Patrick, we had a really great stay at your place!
