“Nice vacation” I had a nice time staying in the house it was very comfortable and my kids enjoyed the pool. It’s a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful you can’t make noise after 9pm so me and my family didn’t get in the pool at night because we didn’t want anyone to complain that’s the only bad thing if you rent the house but I plan on staying again. I loved it. Hopefully when me and my family stay again we can enjoy the pool at night.

“Great Location” We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. Overall the house was good. Pros: Clean, spacious, close to Disney Parks, close to stores, very quite place, easy access, comfortable furnitures, Cons: master bedroom was hot, internet service went down mostly at night time like it has a timer at night, and odd times during day time only for few minutes, the pool only the first day when we arrived pool was with cloudy water and water very hot all the time, we think the heater was on. Cable TV, we had two afternoons that we had no signal. The house has two blenders both not working. No raw meat knife, we had to buy our own for cooking. We wanted to use the garage to place our car, it has many objects we could not use it.

“Spring break fun” We decided to take our 5 year old to Disney world for spring break and wanted to bring our dogs along, as well. We were so happy with our decision to stay at Sleepy Hollow. The home was beautiful - spotless, huge, great neighborhood, great location, everything we could have asked for!! Sarah and Ken were so helpful before our trip with information about where to get tickets, directions, etc. they also provided a wonderful basket of necessities at the home, and had great information books for what to do, see, where to eat, directions, anything and everything you could need!

“Special Week in a Special Home Away From Home-Sorry to Have to Leave!” Alas, we had to leave Fantasy Land! Had a delightful week in Orlando and Serendipty was a great headquarters for our family (Grandparents, Two Sons and their Wives, Three Grandchildren. After reading other reviews, looking at pictures, and holding discussions with owners; we knew we wanted to stay in this vacation rental. The owners are very sincere in trying to provide great customer service, great accommodations, and help at anytime. We had an incredibly nice stay in Orlando. With our grandchildren at different ages (2, 11, 17) we sometimes went in different directions, but we all managed to spend quality time together and build precious memories. Starting with the owners short cut to the Magic Kingdom on Monday, we visited Epcot, Universal, Magic Kingdom, and Sea World. Big kids in big rides, baby enjoying baby rides and splash pads wherever possible. The two-year old even met Mary Poppins! He loves loves the movie (managing 15 minutes at a time) and knows the songs. We have some sweet pictures of Finley and Mary. We so enjoyed cooling off in the pool. What a great break! Everything in the cottage was very nice and comfortable. The washer and dryer were very much appreciated. We very much appreciated the nice welcome pack of goodies! Coffee, milk, eggs, wine, bread, and more! Such a nice gesture! Graham was so helpful in checking us in and answering questions throughout the week. He was very professional and accommodating. We also enjoyed a morning at Celebration. One of our couples enjoyed dinner at Columbia one evening and they found the neighborhood nice, plus they had a splash pad, which the toddler enjoyed so much! He ran around the fountain spouts and enjoyed the cool water and fun. He also burned some energy! We changed his clothes, then enjoyed browsing in shops and had a nice lunch. Some of your guests may enjoy it when they are not doing theme parks. To sum it up, it was great! We would welcome another visit to this wonderful home! We will always treasure our memories and our many pictures to help spur memories. Excellent communications before, during, and after stay. Owners made things so easy for us. They care about their guests.

“Just what we needed.” My wife and I just stumbled on this condo through Flipkey for our stay in early Feb 2014. It was perfect and private being on the third floor in such a huge condo. A full screened in balcony from two bedrooms and living room gave this place a relaxing and yet outdoor feeling as my wife and I enjoyed played cards and reading at the balcony table. As well we liked the very close proximity to the pool and large hot tub. We loved it all and the unit itself had everything and I mean everything you needed for a completely relaxing time. We weren't looking to do the parks so the location was on the outskirts of the high traffic areas which made for a quiet atmosphere. Many restaurants and shops very close as well. We enjoyed taking walks around the very lush tropical grounds. I enjoyed the fitness room and the pool area was fabulous with wonderful lounge furniture. We will stay here again at our next Florida get away!!!
