“5 star” Just returned from our second stay at this excellent villa. It's just first class has everything that you need and within walking distance to old town and the main strip in new town. It's spacious and secure and the pool is amazing.

“Wonderful property in playa blanca” We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Villa Tamara. What a lovely property! Beautifully presented with everything you need for a great holiday. Spotlessly clean. The pool area and pool itself were amazing- we were blessed with good weather so spent many hours swimming and reading. The location is perfect- close to bus routes and a 5 min walk to a good choice of restaurants- Spanish, Italian, Indian, burgers. A couple of good supermarkets too. You can easily walk along the promenade into Playa Blanca. You can manage easily without a car, although we did have one. All communications with the very grip owner were answered promptly. What more can I say? A perfect holiday villa for a couple or family of up to 4. We will definitely return.

“Lovely central apartment close to shops, restaurants and beach” Really enjoyed our stay in Agua Brava. The apartment was exactly as described and totally suited our needs. Quiet, clean and comfortable and so convenient for shops and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool and the beach was only a short walk away. Declan and Lynn were very efficient with all information for us which always makes a difference. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying there again.

“Fabulous villa, excellent value for money” We stayed at Casa de Esperanza for a week in January. It was our first time in Lanzarote after several trips to Tenerife so we were hoping that a change wasn't a mistake - it wasn't! Booking was very straightforward and before we left the UK we received plenty of helpful information about getting to the villa including helpful tips for taxi drivers. Our arrival although quite late was very easy. If you have young kids and are going arrive late the welcome pack is definitely a good idea. The villa is fantastic. It was beautifully clean and a lot larger than we had envisaged. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms all furnished to a very high standard - loved the soft furnishings. The master suite is particularly good for those with older/grown up kids as you have the option of shutting the door and maintaining privacy for both parties. The wet room shower is brilliant and great for anyone with limited mobility. Kids will love it - even soap-dodging teenagers. The TV is huge with a good range of channels - no BBC or ITV channels so sky plus the soaps before you go. There is also the novelty of an open air utility room where clothes dry happily away from the strong breezes that the island gets. The pool was very clean and was well maintained throughout our stay. It is the warmest pool I have come across - just like getting into the bath. The villa is situated in a very quiet part of town which was just what we were after as our days of partying till the wee hours are well and truly over. It is a short walk (downhill) to the shops, bars and restaurants. If you have mobility problems you may want to take a taxi if you want to get all the way down to (or come back from) the bars round the marina. The taxis are plentiful and cheap - we saw many senior visitors take this option although my dodgy knees held out with the walk every day. The nearby SuperDino supermarket was well stocked and reasonably priced whether you want to go native or stick with Brit favourites. All the restaurants we visited were great value for money - our favourite was El Burro which does great Tex Mex and the staff were lovely. Louise looked after us brilliantly and was really helpful with our late departure including booking a taxi to take us to the airport. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday here and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for the same in a lovely villa. It is great value for money and we have our deposit back before the tan has faded. I have recommended it to a number of friends and will continue to do so.

“Fantastic apartment, facilities and area” Stayed here 14/6 - 21/6 and had a really wonderful time. Apartment is immaculate and external terrace super for afternoon and evening drinks. Literally 5 mins walk from main restaurant and bars area but far enough away not to be disturbed by noise at all. We’ll be back for sure if for nothing else the fantastic pool which kept the kids occupied all week

“Lovely apartament with everything we needed.” The apartament is just like on the pictures. Very well kept, clean and modern. Fully equipped kitchen is a great bonus. It is very comfortable and has a lovely balcony. We had a hassle free stay in nice, quiet area, very close to the beach and restaurants. We also had no issues with off street parking.It was easy to book and very plesant owners answered all our questions before arrival as well as provided us with all vital information for our stay. We had a great time and I recommend this place to anyone.

“Excellent service from the owners!” Arrived late at night to be met by the owners, Ann and Mike, who showed us around Villa Elizabeth and explained the locality.. then presented us with a bottle of Champagne to toast our holiday! Very well equipped villa located in a quiet area outside Playa Blanca town. Excellent bakery and nice restaurants locally but we enjoyed going into Playa Blanca for several evening meals. The pool was great and just the right temperature surrounded by plenty of space for us to chill on the sunbeds. We also enjoyed early morning coffee overlooking Montana Roja and the seascape over to Fuerteventura from the private balcony/terrace of the master bedroom. Relaxing family holiday made all the more special by the excellent service from the owners. Thank you again!

“Excellent” We had a 2 week holiday at villa Victoria ( 28/5/10 to 11/6/10) and I can only say that it was excellent. Owner very friendly and was eager and willing to help with any queries and problems I had, right down to car hire and places to eat. Staff who look after villa for owner also very friendly and eager and willing to help. The villa is exactly as it states in the website everything is there that you would need and it is a high standard. I cannot fault the villa, owner or staff and highly recommend it. I have contacted owner and booked for again next year.

“perfect!” This appt made our holiday, well equipped with everything you need, 2 pools but never used these due to the wonderful garden/terrace,this gets the sun all day, complete with 2 tables and sunbeds when we weren't out and about we spent most of our time here. Perfectly situated just 2 mins walk to bars/restaurants but was a quiet little haven to come back to at night! “What more could you ask for??” Having rented a few villas in our time, you are always curious whether the pictures will fairly represent what you see on arrival. In this case, they exceeded it. The villa is very spacious for a 2 bed, and it has some lovely features (such as the internal greenhouse), and all mod cons (including a very nice coffee machine). It is in a quiet cul-de-sac, and we were lucky to have both neighbouring houses empty while we were there, although you are not overlooked from any side. We needed our car with the kids, but you could walk to the centre of town from the villa. Overall, it was the perfect villa for a quiet, comfy holiday with a few kids and lots of time to kill. The owners are there if you need them (and very nice too!), but not there if you want your privacy. We'll be back!

“Beautiful apartment with stunning views” I have stopped at several apartments in Los Cristianos but none have had such lovely views over the sea and marina. It’s a little more expensive but worth pushing the boat out that extra mile or two to stay in a nice comfortable apartment, remember you only get what you pay for. Whenever I visit Los Cristianos I will always try to book this apartment. It’s a perfect location for those who have a mobility problem, nice and flat. Not important but a few nice pictures on the walls would add to a touch of class. Finally I think the lovely walk in shower needs a grab handle as the shower tray can become very slippery. “GREAT TIMES” The villa is located in a fantastic location with stunning views across the mountains and onto the coast line , you can just sit back and relax looking at the surroundings . The villa itself is very well equipped , clean and comfortable and this location a very peaceful and relaxing . The swimming pool is heated and is kept and a lovely temperature which we used every day during our stay. We will be returning at some stage to experience this excellent villa again.

“Wow! A wonderful opportunity to relax in luxury.” Five of us (3 adults, 2 children) stayed in this villa for 8 days and had our best European holiday ever! It really is a delightful villa - spacious, immaculately clean, airy and bright with the bonus of a large pool. Bev was always helpful and accommodating in email exchanges beforehand and there was plenty of information about the villa, pool and surrounding areas when we got there. We didn't explore a great deal of Lanzarote because we loved being at the villa, having the pool to ourselves and the quietness of the area - its just west of the main town, so close enough but not noisy. Our two boys (and we) were constantly in and out of the pool, catching up on the Olympics on the large flat screen TV with all the channels you could possibly want, relaxing on loungers and enjoying the sunshine and blue sky. The villa is furnished tastefully and is incredibly well equipped, even down to the Dolce Gusto coffee machine! Nothing seemed to be done 'on the cheap' and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. There are more than enough loungers/seats outside to relax on. The villa is secure and safe. We enjoyed the short walks to the coast from our front door, and sampled some lovely local restaurants. We didn't hire bikes this time, but it would be a lovely way to see the area and cycle by the sea. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about this villa, we would love to visit again!
