“Fantastic apartment, facilities and area” Stayed here 14/6 - 21/6 and had a really wonderful time. Apartment is immaculate and external terrace super for afternoon and evening drinks. Literally 5 mins walk from main restaurant and bars area but far enough away not to be disturbed by noise at all. We’ll be back for sure if for nothing else the fantastic pool which kept the kids occupied all week

“perfect!” This appt made our holiday, well equipped with everything you need, 2 pools but never used these due to the wonderful garden/terrace,this gets the sun all day, complete with 2 tables and sunbeds when we weren't out and about we spent most of our time here. Perfectly situated just 2 mins walk to bars/restaurants but was a quiet little haven to come back to at night! One of the best situated appt we have stayed in in los cristianos, would definitely book again without hesitation,thank you Jon

“Perfect holiday spot” We really enjoyed staying at Villa Beatrice. The villa was clean and had everything we needed to make for a fun and relaxing stay. The linens were all new and clean. We especially enjoyed the heated private pool! It’s also close to shops and the beautiful beach. Annabelle was easy to work with and quickly answered questions we had while planning the trip. We would definitely come back to visit again.

“Perfect relaxing family holiday, in Villa Julia.” My husband and I and 2 daughters aged 15yrs and 19yrs have just returned to the UK from a beautiful 10 day stay in the luxurious Villa Julia. This holiday was very relaxing and made even more stress free by the well kept modern spotlessly clean Villa. The idyllic surrounding views of the sea and mountains where so peaceful and enjoyed in this quiet location. A road passes by the Villa but not busy or problematic, no construction noise or issues in this area either. As a family we felt very safe once we arrived at the Villa and during the whole holiday. The Covid 19 safe guidance in Adeje and Tenerife was policed and made us feel even more safe and supported well by the local people. Restaurant Martini in Siam Mall is a must visit. Many restaurants in other towns where closed due to Covid and lack of tourists. We ate several times here the food always superb, staff very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the owner Walter and support staff, especially Lucas for making us feel welcome and this the most beautiful relaxing much needed family holiday in a long time. We will defiantly be returning to Villa Julia.

“we had a fabulous holiday and really enjoyed staying at your villa” Hi Alexandra Just to let you know, we had a lovely time at your villa. It was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed the views over the golf course to the sea, even better, you don't have to get out of bed to enjoy them through the bedroom patio doors. We hired a car which enabled us to see some of the island and also go into the centre and supermarket (think a car is a must). The restaurant recommendations were good, we enjoyed a very nice meal at the fish restaurant in La Salinas, the prawns in garlic were fabulous. Also enjoyed pizza at the Cafe Italiano (think that's what it was called) in the Atlantico centre, there "grande" pizza is sufficient for two people for a lunchtime snack. The Hong Kong chinese was also good. Nesta's caribean restaurant in Caleta de Fuste was fabulous, you need to be very hungry before eating here. We also received a very warm, friendly welcome from Helen. Your villa is very well equipped and comfortable (although both Keith and I did find the mattress a little uncomfortable in the main bedroom, it seemed to dip on both sides). Would also recommend some padded cushions for the patio chairs and benches. Your holiday lettings page doesn't indicate you have a hairdryer but you have, would add this. I took my own but could have left it at home. (Airlines in England are regularly reducing the luggage allowance). We didn't play golf at Fuerteventura Golf Club, the green fees are very expensive and the quality of the course was not in good shape (probably due to the long hot summer). We did travel to Playitas and enjoyed a really nice round of golf. The fees are lower and the course is good would recommend it to any of your future guests who are looking to play golf, it is worth the 30-35 car journey and the staff there were very helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday and really enjoyed staying at your villa, it met all our requirements and I would definitely recommend it to others. The location is good for a peaceful relaxing holiday but with everything you need a short distance away. The holiday just went far took quickly! Kind regards, Dawn Hamblin

“Clean comfortable and convenient” This bungalow was very close to the beach of playa bastian and just yards away from the beachfront walkway into town which only takes about ten minutes to walk into. Situated on a beautiful well maintained and cared for complex having three swimming pools a pool bar and a restaurant bar los amoroso. It is also just a short walk to the numerous and varied local bars and restaurants at this quieter end of the resort. The property itself was very clean and well stocked with all he equipment needed. The amenities and this lovely property made for a verynjoyable and relaxing holiday Many Thanks Don.

“Very clean and comfortable apartment” The apartment was very clean. The lounge area and bed was very comfortable. The balcony had good views of the area. Well stocked with everything you needed. However the only issue we had was when we turned on the oven or the grill this tripped out all the electric in the apartment. I contacted the owner who promptly replied. He told us not to use the oven or grill because the electrics needed upgrading in all the apartment. Unfortunately we had purchased a number of items to cook. But these we had to dispose of. This did not spoil our holiday.
