“Relaxing, tranquil and peaceful villa” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hidden Garden Villa. The house was well equipped and furnished, set in a splendid garden which added to the seclusion. The pool was of adequate size for cooling off and clean. This villa was indeed in a quiet area, the only 'noise' came from Mosque at prayer times which added to the atmosphere. The resident tortoises were good company - please have plenty of lettuce available as they have a good appetite. It was only 5 - 10 min. walk to the town centre / beach and supermarkets for stocking up provisions nearby. James was an excellent host, always available for advice. He provided us with an urgently needed charging adaptors for our 'electronic / IT ' needs - very much appreciated James ! This villa is advertised to cater for those who enjoy peace and quiet, we all fully endorse that.

“Luxury with familiar atmosphere” We have had the chance to enjoy this beautiful villa for the second time now and we are very thankful that we have the opportunity here to come together with our family and friends. Your villa represents for us the perfect holiday villa. We had really everthing we need for a relaxing holiday. Thanks especially for the new table tennis. We are looking forward to come back next year.

“Très bon” All an all we found the entire experience thoroughly relaxing. The Villa itself is increadible, we really couldn't fault the place. The owner quite clearer has a passion for perfection, and this was easily seen throughout the Villa with the choices of fittings etc. The view from the villa and seated area poolside were also second to none - so peaceful and just what was needed to recharge the batteries.
“A little taste of heaven” We have stayed in Yalikavak many times over the past 5 years, but Lazy is Dayz is far and above the best villa we have chosen to stay in so far. Peninsula Villa Care are also a fantastic letting agent in terms of their communication and after sales/support. Booking a holiday independently from a tour operator can be stressful, with often very little comeback once you have booked and paid, however we have found Peninsula to be extremely personable and helpful at all times – so much so we have booked to go back through them for the summer and will almost definitely book again next year. Annie did really go out of her away to accommodate us at all times. If you want a central location with the best in stunning Yalikavak views, close to all amenities, then the location of Lazy Dayz cannot be beaten. There are several balconies and terraces all with really comfortable and clean furniture where you can sit and chill and see the whole of Yalikavak across the bay including the new marina development and fantastic yachts coming in and out. Because of its location close to the sea, you also get a very gentle (and welcome) breeze throughout the hot afternoons whilst lying round the pool. It’s a very peaceful location and a short walk out of the garden passed the communal pool (very clean) down the hill brings you to a private jetty with free sun loungers which has access onto a quiet and secluded beach. The walk back up definitely isn’t for the fainthearted, but will keep you fit though , however this is only to be expected for this area of the coastline!! Inside the villa, it is extremely clean, bright, fairly modern and well equipped with the most beautiful top floor bedroom with en-suite that has terraces and patios on 2 sides to step out onto – fantastic with a glass of wine in the evening to watch the world go by. The beds are all extremely comfortable – which you often don’t get in all areas of Europe – and the bedrooms themselves are fitted to the standard of a really good quality British boutique hotel – again not what you can always expect. I would say lots of thought and effort has gone into making this a very luxurious and comfortable holiday by the owner – which has been respected and looked after by previous guests and the villa management company. We would not hesitate to recommend both the villa and Peninsula to other holiday seekers and are really looking forward to our return. Thanks also to Annie and Ian for their input – fantastic people.

“Another great holiday destination from Peninsula Villas” This stay for me was a last minute short break in Yalikavak (6th visit) and Peninsula where helpful once again to a fault. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The villa itself is in the most beautiful location on the side of one of many hills in Yalikavak however the views here are magnificant and look across the whole bay and new marina. The villa itself is spotless and over 3 floors with panoramic views from the top floor bedroom. The living space is ample and the kitchen clean and well stocked with utensils. The remaining bedrooms are on the lower floor with a further 2 bathrooms and patio's onto the pool area. The pool was a little cold for me at this time of year however having stayed in the villa next door previously, I know its a welcome relief from the hotter months and a good size for a family. The gardens are generally well manitained by friendly staff. The location is slightly out of the town centre but the dolmus stops right outside. As with any of Annie's villas at Peninsula I would thoroughly recommend this for a family stay.
