“Just perfect” Well, don't want to explicit myself, but need to tell that this villa was perfect oasis after trip around india, captain Leo greeted us with the cold beer in the fridge and smooth and clean service, which we missed so much during the trip. Happy smile and attitude Captain Leo is having is the milestone of providing such services, the only minus maybe that it is a bit far away from the beaches, however we already saw it before choosing it and we were ready. Photos are the same as provided on the internet. If you are looking for a vacation and want to take a power nap for few days it is a perfect place.

“Chiang Mai Countryside Delight” We had a really wonderful time with Max and Lha. They made us feel super comfortable and were ever diligent hosts, helping us out with local advice, encouraging us to go for a bike ride, and instructions on navigating the yellow bus into town. It's super peaceful at their place, and so easy just to relax and enjoy the area. Max has his own tilapia pond, chicken coop, and Lha takes care of the chili plants, papaya trees, and garden. We booked the guest house out back, so were able to cook when we wanted, but more often than not, we enjoyed Max and Lha's cooking. Lha does the Thai food (excellent) and Max cooks up the western food (excellent as well). I'm not one for spaghetti, but Max makes a superb spaghetti and meatballs. Breakfast is truly epic - make sure to have the full breakfast with their home made yogurt and fresh bread. Lha and Max team up on the steamed tilapia (fresh from the pond). Lha stuffs it with lemon grass, coriander and other herbs, and Max uses his 22nd century oven to steam it to perfection - excellent. Besides the culinary treats, their location is a great starting point for a short trip north. Max knows the places. I only wish we could have stayed longer - really the highlight of our time in Thailand.

“Lazy River Cottage” The place has all essential features to make it a great vacation stay ! I traveled with a family of 9 adults (including parents & In-laws) + 1 Kid.. The interactions with Capt Leo has been very gentle and warm, which made me feel comfortable right away. He was available for all queries prior to my arrival. As we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised at the arrangements he had made to make us comfortable. The place has all essentials for a comfortable stay.. A fully functional kitchen with all necessary items stacked for use (Including utensils, cookers, mixer etc.,). Met the host only once, but he was always available on the phone. The contacts he provided for restaurants and the car rentals were very helpful. The photos are accurate. Location description was precise. The place is very appropriate for family and kids. The small collection of books are rightly picked to know Goa better. Peaceful place away from the noise of city. My family was very comfortable and liked the place. There is no television in the house, which is an advantage - to ensure people have nothing else to do but to interact and spend time. The Dining area is my favorite place in the house.. For people preferring to stay close to party places, this may not be the right place. Overall a very appropriate place for a family stay and hospitable host..
