These two houses are located in the same garden 100 m apart and are ideal for two families who want to travel together but would like their own privacy.

La Rose is a beautiful house full of character and used by the owners in the winter. Looking from its large terrace naturally shaded by mature plane trees which create a canopy against the heat of the mid day sun .This is a perfect location to relax and watch the family enjoying the wonderful refreshing pool across the lawned garden.

The ground floor has a well equipped farmhouse kitchen with a typical stone fireplace and wood burning stove The gas cooker, fridge microwave and washing machine provide all modern needs. The room has huge wooden beamed ceilings and traditional tiled floors, the furniture is in keeping with character. The lounge has a comfortable leather sofa and arm chairs ,English TV ,DVD and sterio.

There are two bedrooms ,the double with its own en suite bathroom ;A very pretty twin with an adjoining bathroom equipped with bath, shower ,toilet ,basin and bidet.

The English owner has a separate apartment at the rear of the house and is available to provide information and assistance if required.

Jasmin is a lovely house with its own garden looking towards the pool. The two terraces provide a great place for outside living and secluded sun bathing.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other a twin , both have ensuite bathrooms. The decoration is light and airy much character is provided by the architecture of wooden beams and natural stonework.

On the ground floor the lounge has an open fireplace a sofa bed and comfortable furniture. English T.V. DVD and a sterio is provided for client entertainment.

The kitchen is well equipped for family use with cooker, fridge, microwave and a washing machine.

Through the French doors ,the lower terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ

The house has a lawned garden with a badmington net , next to a large shady private parking area.

The location is superb for exploring the Bordeaux chateaux and vineyards.The beautiful Atlantic coast

with the huge sand dunes of Pyla ,its fabulous beaches and the harbour of Arcachon are within easy reach.For the children the water park and animal centre close by to Arcachon is not to be missed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tim (the owner) a message.

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
