Its location allows you to spend a holiday in complete relaxation and fresh air. The Villa trifamilare San Gemiliano, recently built, offers maximum comfort for you and your family. The three villas are located in the residential area of ​​San Gemiliano, 100 meters from the homonymous beach. Long, wide sandy beach, the San Gemiliano beach is a free beach not equipped and has a bar. At 800 mt from the villa are kiosk, market, restaurants and pizzerias, the park Sughereta with playground for children. The villa is on two levels: on the garden level with equipped kitchen and sofa bed 1 queen, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower, covered veranda with table and chairs; Low Flat, fresh and bright consists of living room with sofa bed 1 queen, 2 bedrooms each one with 2 single beds in the same adaptable to double height, full bathroom with shower. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
