Our penthouse apartment has recently been refurbished for 2022.

Our penthouse caters for four guests, but larger families/groups (up to 8 persons) can be catered for with the use of our adjoining apartment.

Our penthouse apartment has two good size bedrooms and independent air-conditioning/heating in all the rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom (with shower). The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom (with bath and shower).

The fully fitted kitchen has an open plan aspect to the dining room and lounge. The dining table provides seating for four. The lounge has a large sofa and chaise longe to relax on, a coffee table and flat screen smart TV with an android tv box for streaming channels and services. There is a Stereo + CD player (iPod compatible) and Wi-Fi provided throughout your stay.

All of these rooms lead onto a large private terrace, with comfortable furnishings, overlooking the pool with views to the sea.

We have added numerous extra furnishings and home comforts to our apartment over the years, to ensure that guests can relax and enjoy their holiday in our 'home from home'.

The guests have full use pool and facilities throughout the year. The pool bar is open most days.

The apartment is ideal for families who want the security of being in a small 'resort', but that bit of independence to do their own thing, or for couples who like that little bit of extra space. The local shops are all that you need and the fantastic Bakery never seems to shut!

Our apartment is fully cleaned before your stay and we provide all linen, bath towels, hand towels and beach towels. If you are staying for a longer period and would like everything to be refreshed mid-stay, this can be arrange for a small additional fee.

The Oracle Resort is set back from the Tomb of the Kings road in a quiet residential area, but only a short walk from a number of local tavernas, bars and shops.

Paphos has something for everyone. You have the 'old' town with its markets and traditional lifestyle, right through to the modern shopping malls. The beaches in the bustling Paphos Harbour and the quieter Faros and Lighthouse beach are all excellent and ideal for relaxing. All of this is in easy walking distance of our apartment, or just 5 minutes by car.

Paphos has a wonderful regular bus service which runs along the Tomb of the Kings Road and can take you to Paphos Harbour, Coral Bay, or further afield to Polis.

The incredible archaeological sites are right on your doorstep, immersing you in thousands of years of history.

There are traditional taverna's run by family friendly locals, along with a whole host of contemporary restaurants and bars. All within a short walk of the apartments.

If Golf is your thing, then you are within easy reach of Elea Estate Golf Club, Minthis Hills Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf Club.

Lovely big apartment with huge balcony, well fitted out - 3rd floor but access no issue as there's a lift. Owner very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jonathan (the owner) a message.

If Jonathan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
