The garden of over 1000 sqm. is surrounded by an orchard with apples, pears, grapes peaches and plums, while the rest of the farm is planted to walnuts. We have about 500 walnut trees which produce the famous " Nocino of Modena ."
Since 1982, the top floor of the villa , we produce traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena with a " battery" in various wood barrels , the vinegar is consumed familiarly and a small amount is available for guests.
The accommodation which is offered is an apartment of 120 square meters. on the first floor, detached villa, furnished with entrance hall, lounge / dining room and kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
