Enjoy the landscape of Vesuvio Volcano while leafing through your newspaper or drinking an espresso coffee with biscuits.

In the heart of the Vomero hill, only few minutes far from the old town and the seaport, thanks to the city tube network.

The Guest House is located on the top floor of an elegant palace in the borough of Vomero.

The apartment, at 8 floor, with a fine terrace, offers an enchanting view over the Vesuvio volcano and of sunrise .

The apartment has a size of about 45 sqm.

It is composed by a bedroom with two beds (single or double bed), work area, toilet with shower and washing machine.

The second room has a lounge with a dining table and a separate kitchen area with fridge and microwave.

We also provide to our guests a free wi-fi high-speed broadband connection.

The terrace is rich in plants and provided in chairs and table to live total relax times

Our formula is ideal for those guests who need a pied-a-terre in the heart of the city (singles, couples or families with 1-2 child).

Upon request, it is possible to be provided with a crid for infants.

in front of the building there is " Mascagna Park " , a green park equipped for children with games and a carousel.

Around the area there are two garage where you can reserve a parking space for a fee .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ada (the owner) a message.

If Ada (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
