Just minutes from Lecce (3 km) you can see the structure of the walls that enclose this old farmhouse, in which (the University of Salento studies tell us) for 400 years during the Roman period was situated a customs and customs duties requiring anyone wishing to introduce products and goods in the city of Lecce.

The Farm consists of two main wings, enclosed by two fenced by high courts century walls.

It has 5 bedrooms and a suite, all with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub or shower.

Guests have access to the entire property: from the use of the kitchen, in the bright dining room with its ancient fireplace, large dining room, the living room outside. There is a large wood-burning oven, a prop for cooling off on hot days and a comfortable sofa by pietro in the shade of a large olive tree.

During your stay will be a referent for any need.

Around the masseria expanses of olive groves leading down to the Sea (Torre Rinalda). A few hundred metres lies the Masseria Mahmoud with his particular architectural structure and typical cuisine. Must-see is the Abbey of Santa Maria in Cerrate, restored by the FAI and the seat of the Museum of the peasant society. For a walk in the nature park of Rauccio is located just a few minutes by bike.

If Nelly (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
