Luxury 4 bedroom Bali Villa, a stunningly beautiful private villa featuring 4 bedrooms each with its own tropical style ensuite bathroom. Perfect for the health conscious as it has a saltwater pool.

This fully serviced private villa is located in a quiet Gang (small lane) between two of the most popular roads in the Seminyak area within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, day spas, bars and homeware stores.

VILLA ELLEO is nestled in lush tropical gardens in the hip and happening district of Seminyak. A 13 metre saltwater lap pool dominates the tropical gardens which provide chill out areas at both ends of the pool to relax in and rejuvenate.

Situated in a small quiet gang (laneway) just a 100 metres to the right is Jalan Raya Seminyak and to the left is Jalan Drupadi where many new casual style restaurants and boutiques are popping up. Also justa few minute walk to Jalan Oberoi (Eat Street). Located only 750mts from Seminyak Beach - either a 15 minute walk along a "no traffic" quite back road or 5 minute taxi ride through the main precinct.

The area of Seminyak lays claim to the highest concentration of independent fine-dining restaurants on the island, including Ku Dé Ta, Ultimo, Salt, Tapas, La Lucciola, Sarong, MamaSan, Métis and Sardine. Seminyak also boasts a plethora of chic cocktail bars, exciting nightclubs, sumptuous spas and fashionable boutiques many within walking distance.

Seminyak Beach is the place where the local and expat communities gather every evening at sunset for a casual get together on beanbags, at the many local Warungs or at one of the more upmarket establishments.It can be a playground of the rich, the famous as well as for the more bohemian traveller. With its vibrant nightlife and luxurious accommodation Seminyak draws a sophisticated crowd of 'beautiful people', especially Europeans.

For horse lovers, there are riding stables in nearby Canggu or further up the coast near the famous Tanah Lot Temple. Nirwana Golf Course – designed by Greg Norman and renowned as one of the best golf courses in Asia – also lies about 20km up the coast beside the dramatic, waved-lashed sea temple of Tanah Lot.

Seminyak is also conveniently positioned for easy access to all of Bali's many other activities both cultural and adventurous.

The staff love children and are great cooks so if you decide to stay in for lunch or dinner there is a small charge for them to cook for you.

Eco-concious VILLA ELLEO has 4 king size bedrooms all with classic natural stone tiled tropical style semi-outdoor bathrooms, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, hair dryer, 100% cotton bed linen and towels, and safety deposit boxes, cable TVs and DVD players in every room. We have free WIFI and an iPod/ipad sound doc. We have a library of DVD's and books for your use during your stay at VILLA ELLEO.

A spacious air conditioned living area with 4m long sofa and chaise can be closed off from the pool (great for guests with children) and has soaring bamboo ceilings. The fully equipped galley kitchen/ bar area opens out to a tranquil dining space where you can eat, chat and relax or play music.

The villa employs 4 full time staff members. (The Villa Elleo family) Our security guard (Made) is on duty from 6.00pm to 6.00am, and the day staff (Yanti, Nyoman and Made) are on site from about 8.30am to 4.00pm. They are all extremely helpful, and a bundle of knowledge. They can help you book tours, recommend restaurants, book in house massages, and almost anything else you can think of. They go out of their way to try and help our villa guests, and they do such a great job, that almost all of our guests make specific mention of them in our villa guest book, or in their reviews....

Why can't I call Ibu Ketut (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ibu Ketut (the owner) a message.

If Ibu Ketut (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
