Fabulous 1940’s cottage oceanfront on the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The view is incredible!

This is a two story home that sleeps 6-8 people with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 over sized sleeping pads and a futon. The living and dining rooms are continuous with wide views of the surf, sand and offshore rocks. Living room furniture seats 6 comfortably with sofa, chaise and 2 leather chairs, one of which is a recliner by the fireplace. The upstairs Master Suite is a romantic retreat with a spectacular ocean view, a separate sitting area, fireplace and its’ own private bathroom (shower only). Two additional bedrooms are located on the main floor, with one also boasting a spectacular ocean view and both sharing the second handicapped accessible bathroom (shower only). A relaxing Hot Tub on a spacious deck overlooks the surf. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Amenities include High Speed Internet , Cable TV, 2 DVDs, 3 LCD TVs (39", 37" & 19”) and Play Station.

• Beach is accessible: by Handicap Ramp or stairs less than one block away.

• Within walking distance are a casino, grocery store, coffee shop, book store and other shops.

• Pets accepted under some conditions.

BCB was my first guest for the new year. They and I anticipate a good year at the beach. Lincoln City is working to improve visitor's experience by managing traffic, encouraging outdoor opportunities and of course, keeping beaches safe. Wintertime blown glass balls are hidden all along the shore, finders keepers. Thank you BCB for noting that my Cottage is well equipped for families. It is my only rental and my host, Randy and I work to make it warm and welcoming. Randy typically sends a welcome text, turns up the heat, turns on lights and music. Nothing, however, equals the WOW of the view. Who next new year will welcome 2020 at Seafront Cottage? Kay Weaver

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kay (the owner) a message.

If Kay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
