With its south-east view, looking over the swimming pool and lush gardens, this apartment gets the morning sunshine -- ideal in winter, but protected from the afternoon sun in the heat of the summer. There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning units in all the rooms. There are beautiful, cool, ceramic floors throughout the apartment. Our guests comment on how well equipped and beautifully furnished the apartment is – often 'better than at home'. All linen and even beach towels are provided. All you need to bring with you is your clothes! Private sun loungers are also available - no need to struggle with other holiday-makers. We offer internet access, internet TV including British, German and Russian channels and a large library of DVDs and books to keep the children entertained while you are changing, or to entertain you if you don't want to go out or if you stay for a longer period. There is parking space on the complex if you wish to hire a car to travel to the mountains, Paphos Forest or the Akamas.

Thank you very much for your positive and full review. We are delighted you enjoyed yourselves and found the apartment to be good value. We are also pleased that our on-site support system worked so well for you. The question of time to the shops is, of course, dependent on the walker. At 300 metres away they should take 3 minutes. However, it may feel like an eternity if you don't like 38c! What counts as 'new' is a matter of view. The complex was not completed this year - which means the gardens are mature. It is of the new generation of building and fitting.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
