Is a Studio of 30 square meters furnished AC where only 2 people can reside. Located on the second floor of a building of the early ' 900 in Madonna della Libera at number no. 70. has a large terrace of about 25 square meters overlooking the Piazza Giovanni XXIII where the Town Hall, from which you can see on the horizon large gashes.

Near the Town Hall, on the left side, you set the Church of the Madonna della Libera in Baroque style dating from the 18th century that gives the name to the course.The apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century building, has an excellent thermal insulation.Once you are in the wall opposite the entrance, a modern kitchen.

On the right there is a door Windows with shutters that directly on the large terrace features a foldable electric curtain coverage. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. On the left of the entrance door opens the Studio furnished with modern and essential furniture: a library closet, a very comfortable double sofa bed, a small table heat-sealed for breakfast, comfortable chairs and cabinets. As the relevance of apartment is on the third floor another 30 square meters terrace.

Accessed from outside of the Studio by rampe delle scale. On this terrace, at the old Hall on the second floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, and a small sink.This terrace is equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs, covered dishes and barbecue with a gas cooker) from this terrace you see glimpses of the sea even more spacious.

Both sunny terraces are well.A 350-metre walk along the bleachers inside the old town of Rhodes Garganico, takes you on the fantastic beach of Gargano rewarded by both the blue flag of Europe and of the 4 sails Legambiente.
