Character apartment for 2 to 4 people, renovated and bright with beautiful volumes, in the in the historic heart of Toulouse. All amenities on foot: restaurants, museums, theaters, café theaters, royal garden, plant garden, walks along the Garonne and in the meadow of filters. The Carmelite market every morning and of course small grocery stores open until late evening .... Access is on one level (no floor), although on the first floor of the building: it gives on two interior courtyards, one of which is planted with trees, which completely preserves the hubbub of the city. You will have plenty of storage (cupboards, wardrobes) and high-end comfort: 4G +, wifi, induction hob, large pyrolysis oven, microwave, espresso coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, large TV flat screen, many French and international TV channels, DVD player ... The basic culinary elements (salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, flour, sugar, tea, coffee, chocolate ...) as well as cleaning products are available. Its interior layout is welcoming and functional: an entrance hall, a corridor, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a bathroom with two sinks, a large Italian shower with two shower heads, a WC, a large living room with open kitchen, living room with very comfortable sofa bed (real bedding). A folding child bed is available. We can welcome you but we will ask you to contact us several days before so that we can agree on a reception schedule that may suit you. On your arrival we will collect the tourist tax, which we must pay back to the city of Toulouse in the amount of € 2.53 per adult per day.

Once in the apartment, as we are not there, you are very independent. But if you need contact us and we will be happy to help you. The bathroom linen is available for the number of travelers indicated on your request. If there are only two of you, the double bed in the bedroom will be prepared. If you wish to use the sofa bed in the living room, on request, sheets will be made available to you for a laundry package of € 15 payable on arrival. Note that the city of Toulouse charges all holidaymakers a tourist tax of 2.53 € / person / day. We will ask you to kindly plan it upon your arrival.
