Whether you are on holidays or on a business trip, maybe it is your first time trip here or you are regularly touring our beautiful region, we will help you make the best of your stay.
It all starts with the house ! We worked hard to renovate and decorate the place so that you can feel at home, in a warm, cosy and friendly environment as soon as you arrive...
In all respects, we are proud to offer you accommodations that are way above the average; judge for yourself: the 3 different rooms vary from pretty large, to rather huge and even totally humongous !
* Room #1: la familiale (35 sq. meters)
2 communicating rooms (with 2 sliding doors, one in glass, the other in wood), with a 2 double bed in one and 2 single beds in the other. You will simply love the bathroom (or will be asked to leave !) It is convenient for 2 to 4 people, preferably a family.
** Room #2: la suite (32 sq. m) is comprised of a bedroom (large bed) separated from a second room by the bathroom. In the latter, you can read, write, listen to music or do whatever else you want without disturbing your loved one who wants to sleep. Alternatively, since there is a single bed, it can accommodate a child or an adult. Perfect for a young family of 3.
*** Room #3: le loft.
This one is rather special indeed: with a surface area of 65 square meters, it is designed for those who love space or need it. Note that this room, equipped with a large bed (160x 200 cm) is meant for 2 people, preferably a couple in love, as the vast bathroom is not partitioned (oh la la !) There is an extra bed though, an antique lit bateau (boat bed), that can be used as a sofa bed (it is convenient for a child or anyone who measures no more than 6 feet). In addition, you can enjoy relaxing in 2 rocking chairs or may prefer napping in the genuine Brazilian hammock: it is up to you...
Nestled in the top floor, you'll have a great view over the beautiful countryside.
Let's face it: for the lucky ones who experienced it, life might well never be the same again ! (Even French people will have to admit : "ah oui, en effet, c'est pas mal... c'est même magnifique.")
- - All main bedrooms are located "côté jardin", even though there is very little traffic on the road. All rooms are equipped with electric-powered blinds, and such amenities as hair dryer, boiling kettle, radio and CD player, and obviously, linen and towels are provided too. In the common area downstairs, you are free to use the fridge, and the 2 ovens (one regular, one microwaves).
- - - Note that there is NO television available, neither in the rooms nor in the common spaces. Instead, you will find books & magazines (in French), maps and other tourist information, as well as various games.
- - - - In the near future, a jacuzzi and a sauna will be installed, for you to enjoy at a small extra fee and upon reservation on location.
All of the above is available at a fair price, which includes a healthy and generous breakfast: in addition to hot drinks (tea, coffee, chocolate), you'll be served local tasty apple juice, yoghurts, different kinds of fresh bread (cereals, sesame, wheat, and rye-bread) to enjoy even more an array of delicious jams, and butter; there are also different kinds of cereals (mueslis, or crunchies) and of course, such typical delights as warm croissants or mini viennoiseries, or at times cakes from our region, depending on availability, and should I say, humour of the chief: we like to change the breakfast menu everyday.
Breakfast is served from (phone number hidden) in the spacious dining room at the ground floor; next to which you will find the other salon, for reading and games.
Come pay us a visit and see by yourself...
There are plenty of things to see, experience and enjoy nearby.
*****
The rooms are no smoking, for respect to non smokers.
Sorry: we can not allow any pets (as the house is owned by a cat already) and no overnight guests either.
Also, to maintain good relations between all guests, everyone is reminded to stay calm (!) and quiet while on board...

Easy access !
From Quimper, head on to Pont l'Abbé / Pointe du Raz / Audierne, and exit the highway at the sign indicating Pluguffan (Airport). Then, at the roundabout in Pluguffan, take the direction of Pouldreuzic. This is a 8 km ride through a lovely countryside. Do stay on that road (D40) till you see the sign "Menez Kerveyen" (which means do NOT turn right and enter Plogastel, as we are not located in the village itself. If for some reason, you end up in Plogastel, follow the sign Pouldreuzic for 3 km and you will then arrive to Menez Kerveyen.) Pretty easy really !
