“Great View and Location” We stayed at Sugar Beach Condo in May for 8 nights. We had really good service from the management team. They welcomed us when we got to the property. The Condo property itself is very clean and the landscaping is beautiful. Buildings might need to be updated alittle. But we didn't mind. Can't beat the location and how quiet it was. We will be back.

“Two full weeks of nothing but sun!” This was our 3rd time staying at Sugar Beach and this was by far the best unit we've stayed in yet. Cannot say enough about having the ground floor ocean front!! We'll never take the elevator again! Spent lots of time on that lanai lounger and it was so easy for the kids to get to the beach. Upgraded kitchen was great. Unit is well appointed (really appreciated the beach chairs). Wifi and tv's were great as well. The ease of booking the unit, registration after our very late arrival, and the call to see if we needed late check out = great service. After 10 trips to the east side of Maui we still find this location the most convenient, and this long stretch of protected beach the best. Morning walks to Maalaea are great, as are the afternoon walks for shaved ice with the kids! And the pool is wonderful with lots of chairs. Maui Wave Riders (ask for Marco) were the best for surf lessons - got my preteen niece and daughter up right away! Can't wait 'til next time!

“Maui, not for an active grandfather and grandson.” My grandson and I enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach. Unit 430 was as advertised with everything you need in the suite.The one complaint would be the lack of T.V. stations. I know this is not an issue for most people but when you have a teenage boy and nothing to do in the evening, the extra entertainment would have been appreciated. The advertisement on T.V. say's for $14.95 a month you can have over 300 station's. One nites rent would cover the cost for the entire year. Small price to pay for providing your cliental with extra entertainment on a quiet island. Great couples vacation destination but not really for an active grandfather and grandson.

“wonderful lanai” I rented this because of the lanai. My husband loves to watch the ocean from the lanai and it was big enough and comfortable enough for him. And he loved it. I was somewhat disappointed about the beach. I thought all the beaches in Maui had white sand, but the sand was kind of dirty looking. The water however was clear. We went to Makena beach for laying on the beach.

“Very nice place.” Just like living at home, games,movies, books to read. Wonderful walking and snorkeling beach with great sunsets. Plenty of hangers, bedding, towels. Farmers market across the street. Beds were very comfortable.

“Every day felt like spring break...in December!” The location of our livingroom and lanai were perfect for the spectacular sunsets. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including the most comfortable mattress, scrumptous linens and plenty of pillows. Very private feeling while still close enough to everything. The market across the street was a real plus. Going canoeing with the Kikei Canoe Club next door was a special treat and getting up every morning and having a 6 mile beach at you doorstep to go running on...where else on Maui can you do that! Unit 405 we miss you.

“We felt like we were in paradise!!!” Everyone was very accomodating and friendly and if anything had to be fixed they were right there to help. We enjoyed the condo but felt it needed a bit of updating. We were told that they have been doing renovations to many of the condos listed. The location was perfect. We felt we were in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Lahaina wasn't far away and we had the outdoor market across the road and weren't far from a drug and grocery store and shopping malls. We enjoyed the Old Lahaina Luau, whale watching, snorkelling and the beautiful sunsets. The weather was perfect everyday of our 2 weeks. We enjoyed everything so much we have booked next year for 1 month. Can't say there was anything we did not like.

“Wonderful, Incredible Visit” What a beautiful condo our unit was. It was well equipped with everything one could need, and beautifully remodeled and furnished. The views were spectacular and we loved watching the conoe's next door. All in all it was a lovely vacation spent at a beautiful place. Thank you, Linda
