“Perfect!” This condo is beautiful. Felt like home but even nicer! Everything was clean, there were actually condiments in the frig, boogie boards waiting, a couple nice beach chairs, snorkeling gear . . . way more equipped than what some of our friends rented at the same condo through a company! Would definitely go back!!!

“A great vacation spot” We had a terrific time thanks to this well-equipped vacation home. The house was roomy and set up well for a couple of families to share. We loved the view from the patio. Every morning and evening we watched the surfers conquer the waves. We also enjoyed seeing the dolphins and sea lions play. The sunsets were spectacular. The neighborhood was nice, a great place to quietly walk in the morning and at night. We would certainly return to this rental property.

“Our Family Had the Best Time Ever!!” My family and I had the best time in Mammoth while we stayed at your beautiful Treehouse-II condo. The place accommodated the 16 of us very well and we enjoyed all the amenities. Being so close to The Village was so convenient, the beds were very comfortable, having 4 bathrooms was extremely helpful as you can imagine, the kitchen had everything we needed, the appliances were very nice. The place was very clean and comfortable. We we would love to come back to Mammoth and stay at the same place if possible. Thank you!!

“Relaxing and fun!” Great view from house and deck! I loved playing darts, ping pong, and miniature pool. The kayaks were fun to take out too. This house has a lot of charm and character! Lynn was a great help- the manager with what to do and where to go. I can't wait to come back again! I loved to take walks in the late afternoon. Also, its a two minute walk down to the swimming , snorkeling hole. Also, there's internet and netflix! Honomolino had the best snorkeling on the island! I saw a turtle the size of a volkswagon, also! There's lots of aloha at this house- what a special place!

“A great location in a wonderful destination” All of our party enjoyed our 5 day stay. While the guys went sport fishing(with Tony from Santa Barbara Sportfishing, a real pro),the ladies went to Lotusland(a beautiful gardenspot). We brought enough fish(18) home for two meals and took advantage of a well stocked kitchen and grill. We went hiking in the Santa Ynez mountains just above the rental and enjoyed a view from 2700 feet or so. A limo picked us up and brought us to 4 vineyards. We enjoyed several fantastic meals, local Mexican fare,El Sitio(taqueria),Los agaves(with fabulous sauces) and Brophy's, a local seafood place with clam chowder that was as good as I've had anywhere. We went to the "Choir Mass"(0900, Sunday) at the Mission of Santa Barbara and the music was inspiring. I recommend this to any visitor to SB. We made good use of the pool, spa and poolside furniture. A bonus was the fruit(oranges, lemons and limes) on the tiered orchard that surrounds the pool area. I can't imagine a better place to spend time while visiting Santa Barbara. We will be contacting Wendy to make arrangements to stay when our daughter gets married in SB next fall.

“Lovely home, fantastic holiday!” Our family had a wonderful time in Carlsbad. Jeff and Kim have a lovely vacation home that truly felt like a home away from home. We really appreciated their warm hospitality and the personal touches that they added for our stay. The play room was well loved by our two young children and the rest of the home was spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed spending time in the lovely backyard and the location couldn't have been any better! We were close to the beach, the outlet shopping and legoland. All of our needs were met above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Jeff and Kim for the great holiday! We look forward to returning soon.

“scenic location,very relaxing, quiet, short walking distance to” The cabin is located just across the street from Big Bear Lake with a great view of the water and boating activities. That's what we like. There is a long front porch to just sit and relax. Inside the cabin (more like a home) are all the comforts any one would need for a week end or a week, Plenty of room with modern conveniences. We can walk to town in about 7 minutes. This was our second stay here and we look forward to coming back soon.

“The perfect Cottage” Our stay at the cottage was the perfect girl getaway. The location was great, we shopped, we did some wine tasting, we went out to breakfast all on the same street and didn't have to drive! The cottage was so adorable and comfortable, we could sit on the porch and watch all the action out front. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook, play games and just chill. Can't wait to come back.

“Great location and comfortable space!” The location of the house was great and a close walk to the beach. It also had a very private feeling to it also. There is a lot of space so that everyone does not feel crowded. The jacuzzi is a great addition that added to the experience.
