“Lovely modern spacious apartment.” Beautiful apartment in a nice and quiet location, but only a short walk to shops bars and the beech. Quick and reassuring communications with the owner from the outset. Apartment has recently been modernised to the highest standard. Nice to see wifi included in this day and age.

“Villa in Tamaragua, Fuerteventura” Can't fault this villa - it had all the facilities that anyone could want, and it was very well presented and spotlessly clean. The owners were very responsive to queries before our holiday, and during the holiday we had access not just to the owners, but also to the local person who looked after the villa - who was also responsive. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa, and we hope to be able to return ourselves in the future.

“Another great Tenerife holiday” After a slight mix up with the telephone number to contact Nina who looks after the apartment we eventually arrived in the apartment. Lovely apartment, very modern, lovely views and the complex is in a great position for beach, shops, restaurants, bars - in fact couldn't fault location. There is some work going on at the old market area so there is some noise from there and also from bars underneath the apartment but nothing that would stop me returning here. Only one issue that definitely needs resolved is the shower drain - water was not draining away properly and ended up flooding into bathroom. This needs immediate attention. Overall we enjoyed our time at this apartment and would return in the future. Oh and a visit to Keep Smiling Bar underneath the complex is a must!!!

“Fantastic accommodation and everything you could ask for in a holiday” Me and my family have been coming to imperial park for the last 10/11 years since my children were very young. We have often tried other areas of Spain and other countries, but have always wished we were back in Calpe. It has views to die for, I have to say a tearful goodbye to that every year. The resort is fantastic and has everything for families; very safe, great kids clubs for different ages and all included in the price. The pools are fantastic. There's even a spa for a small fee extra. The villa itself has everything you could need and the wifi was certainly a hit with my two teenage daughters! We have booked again for next year already and are so pleased we found Tracy and Neils villa to rent as we love it there.

“in one word- FANTASTIC-” Villa was exactly as shown, everything catered for, kitchen really well equipped. could not fault anything.... a bit of a stroll to town, walked down got taxi back, plenty of places to eat and drink. locked ourselves out on the Sunday night rang Jason from the management team and he arrived within 10 minutes and let us in. will definitely be returning. thanks for a great holiday

“Fantastic apartment! Will return again and again” This apartment is beautiful. It really felt like a home. We stayed for a week 27th November - 4th December 2016. We made full use of all of the equipment including the sun loungers and terraces. The wifi was great and the snacks and wine on arrival were a really nice touch. The complex is quiet and in a great location, next to bars, restaurants and not far to walk to the sea or beach. We will definitely return to this apartment instead of booking hotels from now on, it is so much more relaxed. Thank you Mar, hopefully see you again soon. Linda & Jamie

“Stunning views” We spent 24 days in this beautiful apartment in Corrolejo overlooking the sea. It was like home from home everything we needed for a lovely stay in a Perfect location. The owner Manuel was so lovely and was there 24/7 if we needed him, he couldn't do enough to help us when we arrived as well. Will certainly be going back. ❤️

“10 day break” We stayed in this nice apt for 10 nts it was lovely , clean & tidy & every thing that you wanted there . “Amazing holiday home in the sun” I stayed in this lovely holiday home for a week with my partner, it has new owners who have refurbished it to a very high standard. Everything in it is new and of good quality, the villa is spacious and has everything that you need for a perfect holiday including wi fi for those that like to stay in touch with the outside world. The washing machine came in useful as we went hand luggage only and my partner loved the dish washer (she had never used one before and was quite taken by it) The outside terrace is also spacious and private with the sun on it all day. there is no pool however, the owner informs me that one is planned before the end of the year. The villa is set in a lovely residential area which is located a short 5 mins away on the local bus, the villa is 2 min walk from the bus stop and taxi point which is next to the supermarket, its 1.40 euros on the bus in to town. We hired a car and collected it at the airport, hire costs vary from firm to firm we paid £84 for the week but still made use of the bus service at night which is every hour at half past the our. We loved our holiday in this amazing villa and will be back next year if not sooner.

“A lovely, very spacious house built to a high specification” This is a lovely spacious house in an elevated position on a small gated complex, well away from the very busy A7 (N340). The apartment was really clean and we found it be very quiet at night. We were very impressed by the under-floor heating which was particularly nice to have in the large en-suite early in the mornings as my husband and I went in November. The weather was warm and sunny every day, with a cool breeze. The temperature was cooler early in the mornings and evenings but still a lot better than in the UK. Sunshine was on one terrace in the mornings and on the front terrace in the afternoons, so there was always shade somewhere if needed. The bed was very comfortable and large; 2 x 3' beds put together, (They stayed in place perfectly - no movement or falling through the middle!) and soft duvets. There are shops and a supermarket near the entrance to Riviera del Sol, which is beautifully kept and there is another supermarket not far from the house, selling a lot of English brands, which is useful if you need to know the ingredients). There is a very good Chinese Restaurant called Slow Boat, in Calahonda (The next exit along the A7?) On the seafront there is a new wide boardwalk, making it particularly easy to stroll with baby buggies, wheelchairs, etc. to La Cala, and in the other direction to Cabopino and beyond. When completed this walkway will run for about 50 k. We would return to this property.
