“Perfect villa for a family holiday” We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The villa itself is as described, quite spacious and with everything you could need. The outside space is amazing, an great pool with lots of space around it, my kids loved it. The shaded patio was ideal for us, whether we were relaxing in the shade or barbecuing. Rober was always on hand if we had a query and was pleasant and helpful. You do need a car if staying at this villa but there are so many beautiful places to visit within a 10-15 minute drive. We would definitely come back.

“Excellent apartment, near restuarants and supermarket and short walk into town.” Ricardo and Maria were waiting for us when we arrived by taxi, they showed us the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is good as it has restuarants and very good supermarket within a short distance. Also the boardwalk is a very pleasant walk into town. The patio is excellent as we got sun most of the day and we were there in November. Look forward to a return visit hopefully before too long. Thank you Ricardo and Maria.

“WOW factor” The villa is stunning. No expense has been spared - beautiful bathrooms, living rooms, gardens, terraces, everything! The photos are REAL! We went as a big family and had every room and bed full - but we didn't feel as though we were on top of each other as there was plenty of space. The housekeeper, Naomi, was wonderful. She couldn't do enough for us. She kept the villa and all outside areas clean- even did our washing. She added a real feeling of luxury as we were well looked after. We catered for ourselves but she did make us one lunch and we weren't disappointed. We spent so much time indoors because the villa was so lovely- but there are some beautiful beaches walking distance away. The nearby restaurant/bar strip is very busy and touristy- but you can get a good meal, shopping and even visit a Chinese bazaar if you fancy. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to visit Cabo Roig. A beautiful, well equipped and luxurious villa that is perfect for a big group.

“Definitely coming again!” Absolutely top notch accommodation. Very well equipped even some surprising extras like cling film and foil. Great location, near to the beach and restaurants and shops but enough distance to enjoy ourselves without disturbance.

“Perfect” We have stayed many times in this complex and this is the best apt. by far. The best pool and sea view, comfy living room with English tv channels, full kitchen, quiet at night, home from home, couldn't want for more. “Exceptional Location, above average Accommodation” The apartment is very spacious and although only two of us stayed, accommodating four or six persons would be no problem. On arrival we contacted the Owner's agents who are located very close by and who promptly took us to the apartment - faultless service on both the Owner and his Agents part. Everything in the apartment (from the kettle to the air conditioning) worked perfectly. The fibre Internet was a real bonus for keeping in touch with family and friends. The Owner's communication with us regarding 'how to get there etc.' was superb - thank you again Patrick. Location - What a great place to be located. So many (estimated over 60) quality Restaurants and Bars within 5 or 10 mins walking distance on both sides of the A7 highway, which can be accessed by conveniently located pedestrian bridges. In summary we really enjoyed our stay.

“A Classy, Clean, Modern, Spacious House in Great Central Location.” My partner and I stayed here for a few weeks and everything was perfect. The house hasn't been smoked in and is very fresh and clean and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The house has really modern technology with loads of TV Channels including Sky Sports, Movies etc, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely patio area to relax. This didn't feel like a rental property and everything is of a very high standard with expensive fittings. The location is perfect and in the center of town near the beach. We have stayed in dozens of high end rental properties around the world over the past few years and this one is the definitely the best and we will certainly stay here again when we return to Lanzarote.

“Would give more than 5 if I could” We were in Lanzarote for our wedding and supposed to be staying in a different villa booked through a different company. On arrival the villa had issues and we could not stay there, they couldn't offer a suitable replacement. We felt homeless. After searching the net, we found this villa. Tamara the owner was absolutely amazing, a really quick response back to me. Tamara got the ball rolling with her team and by that afternoon we were settled in. Rosy the housekeeper was an absolute gem, a really nice lady and so hard working. Made everything spot on for us. The villa itself is superb, an amazing amount of space inside and out. I totally agree with previous reviews on the description of the villa. We had no issues during our stay and Tamara kept in touch with the occasional whatsapp just to make sure everything was okay. We cannot thank you guys enough for what you did, and for saving our wedding plans. Would definitely stay again. Many thanks Tamara and her team.

“Wonderful” We found the accommodation perfect. We couldn't find fault with anything but the pool table wasn't in working order. The bedrooms were plentiful and spacious as were the bathrooms. The pool expansive and clean as was the jacuzzi. Fully equipped kitchen and gardens well kept. Plenty of things fothe kids to do and lots of toys for the pool. It is quiet and yet close enough to the town, about a -% minute walk away. We shall return
