Apartment sleeps 8 in total. Ski boot warmer for 5 pairs of boots in locked room in basement.
Apartment is used by owners and for letting. Hence, the interior has been tastefully decorated to a high standard.

Wooden surface with underfloor heating to melt snow. Table and 4 chairs. Large sliding doors on front and rear of living room provides easy access to balcony.

Guestbook for Luxury penthouse apartment
The apartment was the best I have ever rented. Clean and tastefully furnished and equipped. It contained everything we needed. The view from the apartment is really something special: both the mountains and lake. beautiful. You can walk to the ski lifts, shops, restaurants, lake and train station within 5-10 minutes
Your second home is wonderful. We loved the place. It is very comfortable, spacious and clean. A real home from home. The views are great . Everything is within easy walking distance, and, having a car parking space at the property, getting anywhere was simple. We wished we had stayed for two weeks. Will we come back to Zell? Without a doubt. Where will we stay? There's only one place, and that's Apartment O'Hara. Michael, thanks for all your help, we had a great time.
When I saw the views of both the frozen lake and the snow filled mountains with the gondolas moving up and down I was mesmerized. The Apartment was lovely.. probably the best holiday I have had to date.

All prices are per week exclusive of cleaning (120 Euros) and tourist tax (1.05 Euros per head per night for adults over 15 years of age).
Long term lets considered. Changeover day is generally Saturday but alternatives will be considered subject to a surcharge.
40% of rental is payable to secure booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 8 weeks to your arrival date, full rent is payable to secure booking.
Deposit of 500 Euros payable on arrival. Cleaning charge of 120 Euros and tourist tax of 1.05 Euro per head (aged over 15 years) per day will be deducted from deposit at end of rental period.
Terms of booking are as set out on the website and in exchanges of e-mails. Booking is not reserved until deposit is received. Person booking accommodation is responsible for any damage to the apartment and common areas caused by guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY - If you cancel your holiday having paid a deposit or fail to pay the balance when requested (in which case the booking will be deemed cancelled), your holiday period will be shown as available on the website. If I find a replacement guest, you will be refunded when I have received payment in full from the replacement guest less a €200 administration charge. If a replacement guest is not found, all payments are forfeited.
