Chalet de dos plantas situado en una urbanización privada que se llama El Encinar del Alberche (Villa Del Prado)

Planta baja: dos dormitorios, baño, salon comedor con chimenea y cocina. Planta alta: 4 dorm, dos baños. Piscina (habilitada solo en los meses de verano barbacoa, jardin y terrazas. Parking cerrado para dos coches y abierto para 3. Excelentes vistas a la sierra de gredos.

En la urbanización hay pistas de padel, tenis, fútbol, mini golf, cafeterías y supermercado.

Villa del Prado está situado entre las provincias de Madrid, Ávila y Toledo.

Está cerca del pantano de san juan donde se puede hacer deportes acuáticos.

parties and noises especially are not allowed from 12:00 pm. The maximum number of people may have is 12. To have more if only for the day have to consult me. All this will influence the return of the deposit. I accept pets but with an extra cost of 35 € for the cleaning.

Una pena tu opinión, y una pena los destrozos que ocasionasteia sin ser capaces de reconocerlo. El desencuentro lo resolvió el departamento encargado de TripAdvisor, tras aportar pruebas y facturas por mi parte y fueron ellos mismos los que os hicieron pagar lo acordado, que por cierto, os cobre la mitad del importe de la factura por tener un detalle con vosotros. Una lastima vuestro comportamiento.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mercedes (the owner) a message.

If Mercedes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
