Beautiful apartment in a quiet and idyllic environment with two tropical gardens, is situated in the Golf Valley of the East alojamiento:este complex 2 bedrooms with direct views to the tropical garden, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room. Direct access to the communal swimming pool in the back garden door. The apartment is in perfect condition with beautiful décor. It is also equipped with an electronic air conditioning and a private parking. Lounge: The lounge is very bright with a terrace overlooking the tropical garden with beautiful bushes (olive, cicadas, bougainvillea, citrus, etc...). There is a comfortable lounge with neutral decor and a light, bright and modern feel with the bonus of large doors out onto a large terrace, a great place to sit and soak up the Sun or enjoy the fresh breeze night. The lounge has a very useful ideal dining to entertainment. Kitchen: There is a modern kitchen white and black fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven and washing machine. Also has beautiful granite worksurfaces.2 dormitorio:dormitorio one is a spacious double room with beautiful light decoration and exit to the terrace doors. Two bedroom has two single beds and again a terrace door. Bathrooms: there are 2 bathrooms one with bathtub size complete with duchaLimpieza - bedding and toallas-Ropa of bed and towels are included. The property is cleaned of arrival and departure. Obligatory cleaning charge: eur 50 of payment.

Outdoor facilities: the property offers great space outdoors with a beautiful well maintained garden with characteristics of the rock, decking wall areas of deck chairs and General seating and a variety of fruit trees and shrubs. A wonderful private space. VALLE del ESTE RESORT - very appreciated GOLF RESORTDispone from spa and golf club, picturesque in Almeria. Other facilities include a sports club. The Valle del Este Golf Resort's18 hole is surrounded by a picturesque footbridge, 9km. In Vera Beach, there is also a beach club with pool and sailing school. East Valley offers guests free access to its spa and fitness center. This includes showers, sauna, Turkish shower and hot tub. There is a restaurant buffet offers international cuisine and views of the golf course. There is also a poolside grill restaurant and a beach inside the restaurant. Easy access to the motorway and close to a selection of beautiful beaches and ports. The Aquapark Vera is a 15 minutes drive from the Golf Resort. The hotel is located right next to the A-7 motorway, which runs along the Mediterranean coast of Espana.mojacar camels: Local attraction for the family. These camels spend most of the summer in Mojácar Playa. The owners offer rides camels next to the beach in front of Hotel Marina beach. During the winter, close to the life of the herd of camels in camel farm. Enjoy a ride on a camel and joining the 23 camels in the farm. Why not take a picnic with you and have a great adventure. There is plenty of space to entertainment for children while sit and enjoy the hot summer sun. Tours last 45 minutes. El apartamento bien, solo dos cosas importantes que habría que mejorar. El sofá es incomodisimo. La piscina si la limpiaran de vez en cuando no estaría mal, estaba muy sucia.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pascal (the owner) a message.

If Pascal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
