It is composed by a cozy entrance, matriimonial bedroom with a very warm atmosphere, fully equipped kitchen, separate sitting room, bathroom. The apartment has been recently rennovated taking care not to loose the original atmosphere and style, creating a very pleasant and comfortable holiday home.

Dining table in the kitchen extends to seat 5 comfortably, the sitting room is connecting with the kitchen and extends as well to seat 5 offering a beautiful view, the bedroom has a double bed, becoming twin on request, and a big wardrobe. A third single bed is in the sitting room.

Salizada San Francesco, where the apartment faces, is the commercial heart of the quarter, with all first need shops. The area nearby is very well served by all local services, and very near to famous restaurants and more cheaper typical "trattorie". Important places of cultural and historical interest are at only few minutes walk from the apartment, in particular the Arsenale and San Marco. From the nearest vaporetto stop (Celestia) the Island of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido beach are reachable in few time.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fabio/Annamaria (the owner) a message.

If Fabio/Annamaria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
