Cà Pesaro Suite is a newly renovated and practical apartment located only few meters from San Stae vaporetto stop in a non-touristy area of the Santa Croce district.

This newly renovated, charming ground floor apartment in a historic palace, is a 60 square meter gem. From the central entrance you can access a nice living room, the double bedroom, the spacious kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The kitchen is very functional and is equipped with every possible amenity. The living room has an easy-to-use and very comfortable double wall-bed (with a 20-cm thick and 160-cm wide mattress). The Cà Pesaro Suite is equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, and more. 

Venetian residents love this area as it has remained authentic and quiet and not too touristy, It is close to ground and water public transportation and to the city center. In the neighborhood you can find excellent inexpensive traditional restaurants and bars as well as interesting artisan shops, away from the crowd. 

On arrival you will find some delicious Italian foods supplied by the lovely landlords who are real masters of hospitality.

The apartment is quiet and comfortable, suitable for both short and long term rentals, perfect for couples but large enough for four people.
