The Rezzonico Suite is a Venetian style one bedroom apartment of approximately 70 square meters with Grand Canal view from the living room. It is composed of entrance room, an elegant living room with double pull-out bed, a spacious kitchen with dining table and brand new appliances, double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub. There is Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning in the bedroom, flat-screen TV, DVD player, wahsing machine, dishwasher, oven, large fridge and freezer, 4 burners gas stoves, etc.

The historical palace athmospere is charming and very quiet. This apartment is located in the same building as theRezzonico Palace.

The guests of this apartment can access the palace directly from the Grand Canal water entrance door during the caretaker working hours (monday to friday from 8am to 6pm) and on week-end on request. Being a mezzanine floor the Rezzonico Suite is easily accessible.

The historical Italian style garden of the Palace can be visited on request, can be used for a relaxing reading or a coup of tea, but can not be used as a playground for kids as the elderly landlord lives in the same building and requests maximum quietness.

The area of the Dorsoduro district where the apartment is located is strategic: the Vaporetto stop (public ferry) is only 3 minutes walk away, Campo San Barnaba and Santa Margherita are lively and authentic squares of the city where can be found some of the nicest local restaurants, artisan shops and the supermarket, everything at your doorstep.

We suggest this authentic Venetian apartment to couples, the only limit being the dated bathroom.

Dear Sue and Burke, Thank you for your feedback. We have been in touch about this issue during your stay already and have checked the apartment thoroughly before and after your departure. It is prohibited to smoke in any of our apartments indeed and before check-in we could not detect any smell. We kindly insist on saying that this problem has never been signalled to us before (or 100% sure you would find comments on this on Trip Advisor!) and are truly unaware of the source of this smell. We have waited to respond to see if the guests after you would find the same smell but so far nothing has been mentioned nor have we smelled anything at all our check-ins. The apartment has been fully occupied from the day of your departure until today, with various different bookings. Having said that, we are indeed very sorry that you were not comfortable but there definitely is no deep smell or long standing odour - we would not provide such accommodation to our guests. We hope that you will be back one day, at this or any of our apartments, giving our rental agency a second chance. Until then, we wish you all the best. The Truly Venice Staff
