Immersed in the woodlands of the natural park of la Montagnola , at the doors of Siena, the country estate provides the perfect retreat hidden in the heart of oak and chestnust trees and flocks of sheep. The infinite panoramic view from the villa includes the towers of Siena, the castle of Celsa and the sloping hills of the Chianti region.

The apartments ensure lots of privacy, are lovingly decorated with mediterranean warm colours on the walls, open wooden beam work , brick and stone door frames,a nice selection of traditional antique furniture, terracotta and wooden floors create a very homely admosphere. Each apartment has its own outdoor area and garden furniture.

The country estate offers the perfect mix of natural elegance, comfort and simplicity for you to stay and taste beautiful Tuscany .

The villa offers three holiday apartments that can be rented independently or altogether. (4/6people - 4/5people+ 2 people).

Unit 1: 160 sqm , composed of 1 large living room with access to inner courtyard, 1 kitchen living room with marble double sink and ,cooking gas stove, american coffee machine , dish-washer, oven and fire place,1 master bedroom with bathroom in pale blue / shower+ 1 long bedroom with en suite bathroom /shower with 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed .

unit 2:120sqm. 1 living room in pompeian red with fire place, 1 large kitchen with gas stove,oven, 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom in the attic, 1 double room with en suite bathroom on the first floor. Private space with pergola and garden furniture.

Unit 3: 30sqm, 1 kitchen living-room small , small table for 2/3 people, ,1 double room , 1 small bathroom /shower . The long narrow living room has a glass door leading the huge terrace ( 50 smq) . The terrace has been furnished with table and chairs and offers a fantastic privacy . Il Patio is located in the annex/ground floor at the rear of the summer kitchen. Il Patio can be rented ideally for 2 people ( with small kid ) or as additional to the other units.

The country estate is surrounded by 8 ha of private land . At disposal of all the guests, there is a summer kitchen with bbq and fire place , a swimming pool , a wooden sun deck . The country house is secluded and ensures lots of privacy and is a good starting point to discover the beautiful gothic city Siena.

It is close to the many cities of art that made Tuscany an enchanting region : Il Chianti, Pienza, Volterra, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Montepulciano and to stroll in the fantastic countryside of le Crete, to have a thermal bath in Rapolano . Florence, the Tyrrhenian sea and the beautiful lakes of Cortona , Bolsena are only one hour away.

Further details

It is necessary to have a car in order to stay at the country estate. The owners are living in another wing of the house and always available for a chat and good tips on the area. They speak english, french, german, spanish and portughese , hebrew and elementary chinese.
