Villa Plastiras is a new, exciting addition to our portfolio. Enjoying the very best location in the center of the famous resort of Sidari, this spacious villa can sleep up to 14 guests in 7 air-conditioned bedrooms (with 5 bathrooms) and features a large private pool. Apart from the unbeatable value for money, Villa Plastiras is set to impress for its sense of space, relaxing atmosphere and truly unique location: it is probably the only property with private pool in the center of Sidari. The villa is just steps away from the sandy beach, the famous Canal d'Amour cliffs, shops, restaurants and bars, yet the location is quiet enough to be perfect for all ages, from young to elderly guests. Of course, needless to say, a car is not required!

Inside, the villa is cleverly divided into 5 self-contained units, each having independent access, yet rented all together as a whole unique, detached villa to benefit from the exclusive use of the grounds and the pool. On the ground floor there are 3 studios (1 with double bed, 2 with twin beds) each featuring its own shower room). On the ground floor there is also a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 14 where all our guests can dine together. The kitchen now features also a water purification system with osmosis therefore the water is drinkable. A large staircase leads to the upper floor, where 2 identical 2-bedroomed apartments are located. Each apartment features one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a small sitting area and a bathroom with bathtub + shower over. All the rooms have private furnished balconies overlooking the pool patio and are air-conditioned (included in the rental price). This clever design allows maximum flexibility to our guests, allowing them to spend long hours together yet having the maximum privacy when required or at night.

Outside, Villa Plastiras features large, paved sunbathing terraces well furnished with 14 sunbeds as well as shades. The large private swimming pool measures 12m x 7.5m (depth. 1.6m) and also features a separate shallow section for children (a poolside shower is also available). The pool and the surrounding area are beautifully lit at night and are the perfect place to spend long hours enjoying the endless Greek sun and the pleasant evening breeze. Chill-out areas by the pool patio are available to enjoy a drink or a chat. At the back of the villa, a shaded dining area is available for the guests. It features a table for 14 guests and a large barbecue.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, baby cot / highchair (if required), maid service twice a week with change of linen once a week and towels twice a week. Local stay tax (currently valued at euros 3 in total per villa per night) will be payable locally on arrival. A refundable security deposit for damages (in cash) of euros 300 in total will be required locally and refunded at the end of the stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
