Residence Lorcrisur is situated in a quiet location but only 3 minutes walk to the sea .This apartment is perfect for couples, families and golfers alike.

Located in a private gated development . The apartment is on the second floor and has a terrace overlooking the swimming pools, tennis courts and beautiful gardens, with views to the sea There is lift access and security. Both Puerto Banus and San Pedro centre are 5 minutes drive away and 15 minutes to either Estapona or Marbella Centre .

The apartment is well equipped with every foreseeable need for your holiday. Newsagents and supermarket etc are located within a 5 minute walk.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is truly a year round holiday destination enjoying some of the best weather in Europe. It has on average 320 days sunshine a year allowing for mild winters and gorgeous summers. The Costa del Sol has something for everyone, it offers a great selection of golf courses, tennis, horse riding and all kinds of water sports. It has an abundance of beaches lined with bars and restaurants which cater to every taste.

The Area is easily accessible with flights from all major airports throughout Europe into Malaga and Gibraltar

The San Pedro de Alcantara / San Pedro Playa area

The beautiful beach at San Pedro is not to be missed, with its new promenade you can stroll to several excellent beach side restaurants, many specialising in fish dishes.

San Pedro is a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo with an appeal all of its own, traditionally a Spanish village, with narrow streets which are packed with small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars. There is a street market every Thursday which is a shoppers paradise. A larger street market is held every Saturday alongside the Bull Ring at Neuva Andalucia about 10 minutes away.

Puerto Banus, is the place to be pampered and see the fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. Try the nightlife at a choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and nightclubs whilst during the day this is a shopper’s paradise with several of the worlds renowned fashion houses.
Fashionable Marbella is a 15 minute drive away with its great shopping and restaurants in the narrow streets of the historical Old Town. The beaches are excellent and the promenade stretches for miles where there are many good places to eat and drink.

Other places of interest within easy striking distance include: Estepona, Ronda, Gibraltar, Benahavís, Mijas, and many of "the white villages". San Pedro also has the last summer fair (feria) in Andalucia which is the second week in October - a very colourful affair!

For families with children there are fantastic facilities including, the Sea Life Centre at Benalmadena, Selwo Safari Park at Estapona and Water Parks at Mijas and Torremolinos. There is also Tivoli Worldfamily , junction 222 on AP-7, which opens from 6pm to midnight- children of all ages will love it.
