This villa is brand new and is in its second year of letting.There is a large pool with shower on a beautifully tiled patio area that is totaly private and secluded.There is also a terrace area to the front of the villa to sit and watch the world go by or if you wish you can climb the tiled staircase to the roof top solarium where there are magnificent mountain and sea views.
Perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cool refreshing glass of wine or beer whilst watching the wonderful sunsets over the mountains.For the guests comfort air conditioning has been installed to cool the villa in the summer months and to provide a little heat in the Winter should it be needed.

The Costa de Almeria region
Whilst a lot of the Costas have been over developed with high rise blocks, nightclubs and kiss-me-quick mentality. This part of Spain remains traditional and friendly. The 'no building above 3 stories' rule which was implemented a few years back means that most coastal resorts are more family orientated and cater more to golfers, walkers cyclists and relaxation seekers than clubbers.
With close proximity to Almeria Airport and excellent road links West and East, you can be sure a of easy access to beautiful beaches, natural parks, historic castles or larger towns for shopping.
San Juan de los Terreros / Noravel area
San Juan de los Terreros is a beautiful and historic town that still retains much of its original charm. Over the last few years it has become a popular holiday destination with Northern European and Spanish families. This has benefitted the town with the recent building of a a brand new promenade.
Whilst lively and full of Spanish flavour during the summer [particularly during the fiesta season] the town is ideal for holiday makers looking for a more sedate and relaxing place to have a glass of wine, a lovely meal and a walk along the beach.

Going through to the spacious lounge you will find a 3 seater sofa (which converts into a sofa bed sleeping 2 persons) and a 2 seater sofa in choclate brown leather .There is a large screen tv with sky (you are able to use your own sky cards) .
There is also a dining table with 4 leather chairs .The master bedroom has an en suite and a large walk in wardrobe and patio doors opening onto the tiled patio area leadig to the pool.The second bedroom has two single beds and a large fitted wardrobe.
Further details outdoors: Outside in the garden area there are newly planted fruit trees and Mediterranean plants this is an deal area for a relaxing BBQ .There is a large swimming pool 8mx4m with a shower ideal to cool down on those long sunny days. There is also a fridge outside to chill your wine and beers
