Enjoying beautiful views of the rolling green hills and the towers of the city, The characteristic Le Volte apartment at Il Casolare lies in splendid countryside just over 3km from the medieval town of San Gimignano. Composed of two traditional Tuscan farmhouses and a cottage, Il Casolare is divided into seven apartments including the owner's apartment, Le Volte described here, and No 28 Il Granaio, all recently restored to a high standard to offer very comfortable accommodation. Surrounded by vineyards, Il Casolare has a fully enclosed garden filled with plants and flowers where there is also a swimming pool (14m x 6m) enjoying a magnificent panorama of the countryside. A barbecue and a utility room with washing machine are available for communal use and parking is conveniently situated in the grounds of Il Casolare. The owner and his family, who are present most of the time, are friendly and helpful whilst not intruding on your privacy. Il Casolare is immersed in beautiful countryside yet close to San Gimignano, and within walking distance of the historic Romanesque Church of Cellole and its stately cypress trees. Only 20 minutes drive away are the Castelfalfi country club with its splendid golf course and San Vivaldo where you will find in the woods ‘Jerusalem in Tuscany’ a medieval reproduction of the sanctuaries of Jerusalem. Just 14km away is the town of Poggibonsi with its rail and road links to Florence and Siena making these famous Tuscan towns easy to visit.     How do damage deposits work?
