This apartment is in the same building and on the same floor as the 3 room apartment.
It has a very nice kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, deep freeze, coffee mashine, toaster, etc. ) , Bathroom with shower and WC. hair dryer. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a SAT television. In the living room, a sofa which can also be opened up into a double bed, an armchair, a bean bag, SAT Television, DVD, CD, radio, a floccati carpet and a romantic oven (additionally to the central heating) which can be heated with wood. Near the kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs. Both apartments have in common a washing room downstairs with a washing mashine and a dryer. There is also a baby cot and baby high chair in the apartment.

Salzburg offers many highlights all year around. Besides the beautiful historical centre with the fortress Hohensalzburg, Mozart's birthblace and houser, the picturesque narrow streets of the old town, churches, museums, galleries, the palace of Hellbrunn and Mirabell, there are the famous festivals, attracting tourist from all the world. The Salzburger Festspiele In july and August, with concerts. operas, theater plays, The Osterfestspiele at Eastern time and the Pfingstfestspiele in May.
There are many beautiful places in the vicinity of Salzburg which you can either visit with an organised tour or on your own , by renting a car, as the ice caves of Werfen, the salines of Hallein, the lake region Salzkammergut , the palace of Fuschl (where the movie " the Sound of music "was made), the königssee in Berchtesgaden, the historical town of Hallstadt etc. you can also go up by cable car on the Untersberg , during winter also a skying resort, from which you have a beautiful view on the city of Salzburg.

The apartment is located in Ganshofstrasse 18, in the part of the city called Max Glan, 10- 15 minutes walking distance from the centre of the historical old town How to get there How to get there: Coming form the freeway A 10 EXIT Salzburg Airport, go ahead to the first traffic light, then turn left to the Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse. At the end of Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse turn right to Maxglaner Hauptstrasse. After having passed a small bridge, turn immediately left to Straubingerstrasse. At the end of Straubingerstrasse turn left to Ganshofstrasse. It's the second house on the left side, a light green house.
How to get there
By plane: there are cheap flights with Ryan Air directly to Salzburg By car: Coming form the freeway A 10 EXIT Salzburg Airport, go ahead to the first traffic light, then turn left to the Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse. Cancellation policy: Downpayment will be returned if cancellation is made more than 4 weeks before due arrival. Between 2 and 4 weeks before arrival, it will only be refunded if the apartment is booked by someone else for this time. If the apartment is cancelled less than 2 weeks before due arrival, the whole rent must be payed, unless somebody else books the apartment for the same time. strictly no smoking except on the balcony
