Apartamento con INTERNET FIBRA ÓPTICA, para trabajar, ver TV en tu portátil, películas, jugar o lo que necesites, sin límite y con una conexión exclusiva para el apartamento.Con aire acondicionado frío-calor en todas las habitaciones y salón. Situado a dos minutos a pie del paseo marítimo/playa, a pocos metros del Ayuntamiento, junto a La Plaza Constitución, Bares, restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, parking público junto al apartamento, parada de autobús, taxi, oficina de información turística, ambulatorio, alrededor de la vivienda. Zona residencial tranquila, en pleno centro. Muy bien comunicado con Málaga capital. Dos habitaciones: una con cama de matrimonio y otra con dos camas en litera de 90cm x 1,90cm. Orientación Este. Suelos de mármol en zonas de paso y salón, terrazo color crema en dormitorios, gres en cocina y baño. Cocina totalmente equipada con: Lavavajillas, calentador de agua eléctrico (instalado en el baño), frigorífico/congelador, lavadora, horno y horno microondas, vitrocerámica, hervidor, cafetera, batidora, exprimidor de zumo, tostador, menaje...etc. Baño completo con bañera/ducha. Armario empotrado en dormitorio principal color blanco, en el segundo dormitorio armario hecho a medida en forma de L de color blanco, hasta el techo. Colchones nuevos y cómodos en las habitaciones. Terraza, con mesa y sillas para comer si lo desean. En salón y el dormitorio principal balcón, ambos con toldos, todas las ventanas con persiana. Salón con una amplia chaise-long en sofá.

NOTA: para alquiler de 2 meses o mas entre septiembre y junio, precio y condiciones a consultar. Fianza reembolsable, para estancias de más de 2 meses. Limpieza final y comisiones de Niumba/Tripadvisor no incluidos.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria José (the owner) a message.

If Maria José (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
