About the home

This beautiful Central heated and air conditioned three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms is located in a luxury complex next to Puerto Banus and with direct access to the beach.

Fully furnished apartment with all the added extras such as satellite TV, DVD & CD player. The fully equipped kitchen has everything one would need to cook up a culinary delight. The west facing terrace is the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day with a glass of wine and enjoy the splendid views of the sea which extends all the way to Africa.

The complex is situated amongst very large beautifully maintained gardens, has a 24 hour reception desk and three swimming pools with young children's section, perfect location for soaking up the sun or cooling down on those long hot summer days. Also there is a coffee shop and a restaurant in the summer months.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol has fantastic weather with temperatures ranging between 15 to 25 degrees in the winter. The area is known for great golfing facilities, nightlife, shopping and a wide variety of restaurants and bars.

There are various excursions you can take and plenty of cities to be visited such as Seville, Granada, Cordoba or Malaga. Also, the well known Sierra Nevada where one may enjoy wonderful skiing in the winter.

The Puerto Banus / Playas del Duque area

The complex is located in Puerto Banus which is one of the largest sports harbour in Europe. There is a great variety of restaurants, shops, boutiques, etc. Within 10 minutes drive there are various golf courses and sports facilities.

Right in Playas del Duque there is the luxury fitness centre which also has beauty facilities. The complex has 25.000m2 of mature tropical gardens and it is very conveniently located with direct access to the Puerto Banus and to the beach.

“Beautiful, well located apartment” Well located beautiful flat. Impressed with the space and rental costs considering so near the port. Very helpful and pleasant agent. No television/wi=fi but not a neccessary to me personally as prefer holiday without both.
