Apartment is situated on the popular well maintained aparthotel, Santa Maria, which offers a good range of facilities and a central location. Situated in the Torviscas area of Playa De Las Americas only 250m from the beach and within easy walking distance of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. On the complex guests can enjoy the large freshwater free-form swimming pool with children's section, ample sunbathing terraces, poolside bar, restaurant, lounge bar, games room, and tennis courts (payable locally), there is also entertainment.

One of the most popular night club destinations is Veronicas. The whole complex is dedicated to nightlife. It opens at 10pm every night. All music tastes are catered for, as well as an excellent variety of young rock bands and live music from 1am till late. At various other venues in the South of the island, you will find everything from Spanish Dance Shows, Magic Shows and Medieval nights to dedicated jazz programs. A must is Harleys Bar where you can enjoy a wide variety of cocktails or a meal while enjoying the excellent live music.
