Villa Talassa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with views from two balconies over to the sea and towards neighbouring hills.The ample heated swimming pool and patio, with table, chairs and sunbeds, make this a place where you can relax and stay cool. The very high standard of interior furnishings and fittings adds to the luxurious feel of this villa, which is ideally situated. If you tire of the seclusion it is only a short drive to Coral Bay, with shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the stunning beach. There is parking space at the villa and free parking outside for the second car.

The Paphos District
Paphos, the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, combines ancient history with all the amenities of a bustling cosmopolitan tourist resort. The pretty little harbour has retained its charm with tavernas serving fresh fish and tame pelicans parading along the waterfront. Further inland is the old town of Paphos, known to the locals as Ktima, very atmospheric with its narrow streets and covered market. The early tombs of the Kings, cut out of rock with grand Doric facades, are a leading attraction off the road going north from Paphos to Coral Bay, a popular resort with its broad sandy beach and clusters of shops and cafes. Within easy driving distance of the town you can discover simple agricultural villages and forested peaks offering spectacular views. Paphos is on UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage list.
Peyia area
Threading through the banana plantations, a short drive along the coast and up from Paphos will bring you to the traditional hillside village of Peyia. One of the prettiest and least spoilt villages in the area, it overlooks Coral Bay and the Paphos coast. The village has charming little streets and alleyways, with interesting old houses set off by colourful flowers and citrus trees, and a beautiful old church. Peyia also has many lively tavernas but manages to preserve a friendly local atmosphere. There are good shops and supermarkets, banks, and a pharmacy. You can buy fresh meat and freshly baked bread in the village, as well as sweet and savoury pastries, and there is a Deli (great for takeaways). Just five minutes' drive away from Peyia is the famous Coral Bay resort with its sandy beach, offering fun for all the family, and a lively nightlife. Peyia Town Hall is a very popular wedding venue. Villa Talassa hosted wedding guests on several occcasions.

Nearest airport is Paphos - Pegeia (Peyia) is approx 30 minutes drive from the airport. Taxi transfer or car hire can be arranged on your behalf.

The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan lounge with air-conditioning, a fully equipped modern kitchen and an elegantly appointed dining area which seats up to six people. The patio doors lead to the furnished terrace and private pool. There is also a downstairs toilet. The upstairs rooms are fully air-conditioned, the master bedroom has a four-poster bed and balcony with views towards the sea, as well as an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds placed together and also a private balcony with sea view. The third bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is central heating for use in the short winter season.
Further details outdoors: The sun shines on the pool from dawn till dusk, when you can watch the sun set whilst dining alfresco. Patio furniture, sunbeds and a portable BBQ are provided for your relaxation.
